長野旅行の最後に、まだ頂いていない長野の名物を楽しみたいなぁということで、訪れたこちら。
長野駅前。意外にもものすごく大きなお店でちょっとびっくり。
店内も勿論広く、かなりのキャパシティがある。
メニューには、長野の郷土料理がずらりと並んでいる。
確かに、このお店に行けば、かなりの種類の郷土料理を頂ける。
頂いたのは、
「熊鍋」
「味噌こんにゃく田楽」
「凍みこんにゃく」（確か）
それと、お通し、ビール。
熊鍋は、ちゃんと熊肉がそれなりの量、皿に盛られてくる。
野菜もそれなりに多い。
ただ、味の方はとなると、まぁこんなものか、という感じ。
熊ならではの獣感はあまりなく、かなりマイルド。
仄かに熊肉の味はするが、これではちょっと物足りないなぁという印象。
味噌こんにゃく田楽も、こんにゃく自体があまり魅力的ではなく、
まぁ名物を食べたよね、というような印象しか受けなかった。
ただ、凍みこんにゃく（確か）は面白い食感で、これは良かった。
味的には平凡だけれども、何と言っても食感が特徴的。
ん～、全体的にちょっとエンターテイメント性を重視されていらっしゃるようにも見受けられ、
まぁ確かに記念に食べたよね、という記録作りには良いのかもしれないが、
もう少し本格的なものを期待する方にはちょっと物足りないようにも思う。
