JR仙石線松島海岸駅より徒歩1分弱、駅前ロータリー沿いにあるお店
「牛タンの店 赤間精肉店」。
1月下旬の宮城滞在時に訪れました。
店内はテーブル席が全3卓12席の広さ。私は2人掛けテーブル席へと着座しました。
お店は女将さん？お1人で切り盛りされておりました。
卓上のランチメニューを拝見。
この日は
「熟成塩仕込み 牛タン定食」(2350円)
※ご飯、みそ汁、とろろ、漬物付
を注文しました。
先ずは女将さんが外で火を起こした七輪をテーブル上にセットしてくれました。
その後待つことしばし、料理が運ばれてきました。
おぉーーっ！美味しそうな赤色をした分厚いタンが5切れ登場です！ (^7^) ｳﾋｮｰ
早速網の上に投入し、ジュウジュウと焼きを開始しました！
焼けるまでの間、とろ御飯をパクリ。うん、美味しいですね！
続いて牛テールスープをグビリ。うんうん、これまた美味しいです！
っと、そろそろ牛タンも焼けてきました♪
１切れ目をパクッ！ウヒョーーーーッ！旨味たっぷりで旨い！(>_<)(>_<) ｳﾏｯ
弾力のある歯応えもたまりませんねぇ。その後、少しずつ焼き加減を変えながら
パクパクと食べ進み、程なく完食しました。あ～美味しかった！(^^)
