宮城県角田市にてのランチ。アポの間のクイックランチでしたのでアポ先近くのファミレスへ。
季節の味メニュー三陸産のカキフライセット@1,100円をオーダー。
三陸産の牡蠣は、山々より注ぎ込まれる栄養塩を豊富に含んだ水が植物プランクトンを育み、甘みのある大振りの身が特徴だとのこと。サックサクの衣をまとった大ぶりの牡蠣フライは、ぷりぷりの食感で濃厚な旨みを楽しむことが出来ました。
1950年創業当時は蕎麦屋だったそうですが、家族で食事を楽しんでもらえるようなレストランにしたいという思いから、現在のファミレスとなったようです。地元に愛されるまさにファミレスなのでしょう。
