牛たん 閣 は、仙台市内に複数店舗があります。
ネットの情報では、こちら「電気ビル店」と「三越店」は、
牛たんのお刺身がいただけるとのこと。
（入荷状況によるので、時によってない場合もあるみたい）
仙台駅からでも徒歩圏内にあり、電気ビルの地下1階のレストラン街にあります。
1週間前に電話で予約をしてうかがいました。
■ ウーロン茶（418円）・マンゴースカッシュ（550円）・カルピス（418円）
■ お通し（495円）
牛たんの角煮とこんにゃくがついてきます。
牛たんは、お通しレベルじゃなくて、大きくておいしくって、ほろりと柔らかく煮込まれています。
■ トマトサラダ（880円）
薄くスライスされた大きなトマト。
下には、これもスライスされた玉ねぎがいっぱい。
ハーフサイズでいいかなって思ったけど、ふつうサイズにして大正解！！
これは、注文必須だわ☆
■ たんタタキ（3080円）
真ん中はきれいなピンク色。
とても柔らかくて、ドレッシングがかかっています。
たっぷりの玉ねぎとたっぷりの青ねぎ。
こちらは、お野菜もぜんぶおいしいです。
■ 国産牛たんのお刺身（2750円）
仙台の牛たんと言っても、どのお店も国産ではなくアメリカなどの牛を使っています。
この日は、めずらしく国産牛のたんのお刺身があるとのこと。
これにはびっくり！！！！！
お値段は、通常のお刺身よりも高くなり、フルサイズで5000円、ハーフサイズで2750円だそう。
ハーフサイズは５切れあるということなので、ハーフでお願いしました。
とろりとしていて、柔らかくて、出合えたことに感謝☆
■ たん焼き定食・８枚（4158円）
定食は、たんの枚数を選べます。
3人で行ったので、少し多い目の８枚で！
テールスープ・ごはん・おつけものがついています。
分厚くて、柔らかくて、ジューシー。
今まで食べた牛たんよりも格別☆
■ 南蛮漬け（198円）
ちょっぴり辛みがあるお漬物。
ごはんと牛たん焼きによく合います。
■ テールスープ（528円）
定食についているけど、追加で注文。
■ 三角揚げ（660円）
定義山の名物の三角揚げ。
大きな三角のお揚げさんをしょうがしょう油でいただきました。
■ おじや（880円）
〆に注文。
量も多くて、シェアしていただきました。
スープがおいしくて、卵もふわとろ。
お店のスタッフさんも元気よく、ていねいで、好感度ばつぐん。
お料理は、きちんと順番を考えてくれて、頃合いを見計らって出してくださいました。
おなかもいっぱいになって、仙台駅まで商店街をぶらぶら。
