居酒屋モール街 杜の都 五橋横丁
外観が数寄屋造り風のビル1階に、牛タン専門店、中華食堂、炭火焼鳥店、串揚げ・串焼き店が並ぶ五橋横丁。それぞれの入口から店舗に入るが、中に往来できる通路があり、陣取った店以外の店の料理を味わえる。ジャズフェスの前夜、南端の“串揚げ・串焼き キーチャンズ”から入店した。

4店合わせて約120席。キーチャンズはカウンター＆テーブル席で30ほどか。周辺はビジネスホテルが林立する地域で、全国から5千人の参加者と70万人のファンが集うジャズフェスの前夜だったためか、キーチャンズは満員御礼の状態だった。

中国発祥のコロナウィルスは超強力なようで、
チョットの我慢でしたが、週末恒例のチョイ飲みができ無い状態が
３ヶ月以上続いていました。
そんな日曜日の午後、県内で感染がなくなってから50日経過し、
相方が実家から1.5ヶ月振りに帰ってくるという訳で、
天に向かって叫んでみました。「もう～良いかい」
返事はありませんでしたが、相方と娘と３人で、超近場の五橋横丁で、
復活のチョイ飲みとなりました。
ご存じの通り、こちらの横丁、牛たん、中華、串焼き、串揚げの各専門店が連携し、
どの店に居ても他店の美味しい料理をいただけるという、オン・デマンド横丁です。
食品衛生の問題がメインにあって、横丁内でも他店の料理は頂けないのが一般ですし、
お互いによほどの信頼がない限り、五橋横丁のようにはならないのです。
というわけで、手指のアルコール消毒で始まったチョイ飲みでしたが、
牛たん、刺身、焼き鳥、焼きそばなど、美味しい料理と会話を楽しみました。
