クッキーとパイの間のような食感のタルト生地にトロトロのカスタードがたっぷり入り、その上に砕いたパイ生地と粉糖がかなりの量かけられています。
こぼさず食べれる人には拍手を送りたいくらいの食べにくさですが美味しい！
ご自宅でゆっくり食べるのをお勧めします。
チョコ味も甘すぎず美味しかったですが、プレーンの方がバランスがよく好み。

さつまいも、栗ペーストが入り、秋の味覚を感じるクッキーサンドでした！素材の風味豊かでバターもたっぷり使われ贅沢なお味！お土産で差し上げたら喜ばれそうです。
