仙台に来たら食べておきたいグルメの牛タン。仙台駅3Fにある牛タン通りへとやってきました。お昼の時間を外して15時前に来ましたが、どのお店も列を成しています。。( ´∀｀)
比較的列の短そうだったこちらのお店に並ぶことにしました。10分弱ほどの待ち時間で済みましたので一安心♪ カウンターにテーブルとありますが、1人なのでカウンターへ。
◾️牛たん定食（2,360円）
味付けが塩、みそ、塩・みそミックス、柚子胡椒と選べましたので塩・みそミックスでお願いしました。スープとライスがセットになっていますね。混んでいましたが、そこまで待たずにスムーズに提供されました( ＾∀＾)
まずは塩からいただきます。噛むとジュワッと肉汁が溢れて跳ね返る弾力があります。かといって硬いというわけではありません。しっかり塩味が付いていて麦ご飯が進みます！
みそはどうでしょうか。こちらもかなり濃い味付けで塩分がかなり高め。。( ´∀｀) 美味しいですが塩味が好みでした。スープにもホロホロな牛タンが入っていますよ♪
このホロホロな牛タンがまた絶品！スープだけおかわりしたいぐらいでした笑 お目当ての牛たんを食べられて満足です( ＾∀＾) ごちそうさまでした！
