The photo shows the “Vergne Noir,” which pairs well with red wine. It is a baked cheesecake made with a blue cheese base. It is filled with plenty of raisins simmered in red wine and roasted walnuts.
It is said to have a mild sweetness and be so tasty that you can finish it in no time.
れもんぷ
The cheesecake is slightly firm on the outside and moist inside. It is rich but not too sweet, with a nice full cheese flavor. The cream puff has a firm cookie crust. The custard also has just the right sweetness and a good balance.

Standing quietly in a residential neighborhood, this place had an amazingly lovely atmosphere from the entrance alone... I had a few cheesecakes, and their simple sweetness and the tart crust were both really delicious! They also seem to pair well with alcohol, so next time I might try them with wine. It’s a place I’d love to visit again.

The strawberry shortcake is fairly sweet, with a somewhat nostalgic taste. It is said to be one of their most popular items. I got the florentines for Takeout after hearing they were good and enjoyed them later. They were not hard, so they were easy to eat. Crisp and tasty...just the kind of flavor I like. I regretted not buying more! They would probably make a well received gift.

I love the flavor combination of orange and chocolate, so I picked this one. Gentignon. It was my first time trying it, so I had no idea what the name meant. The rich chocolate and mousse-like texture were delicious. Then orange appeared near the bottom. This was so good! It was absolutely irresistible.

I gave everything except the Nuit as souvenirs, and had the Nuit myself! It has been featured in the media from time to time, and its beautiful look had made me want to try it at least once! Unlike how it looks, the inside is quite soft, almost like fresh chocolate cream, and there is a slight cassis flavor in the center that adds a nice accent!

I had the liqueur marron. The moment it hit my mouth, the bright aroma of the liqueur softly spread out, followed by a rich and deep flavor. It layered perfectly with the gentle sweetness of the chestnut, making this a dish with a luxurious finish that lingered. It was so appealing and delicious that I found myself wanting to eat it again.

It is large, but not too sweet, so you will not get tired of the taste. The crisp shell is filled with plenty of soft cream, so your hands may get sticky, but that is part of the fun too. When I bought 2, they handed it to me on the tray, and I appreciated the shop's thoughtfulness

There were lots of tasty-looking cakes lined up, but since I had already eaten a meal, I wanted something light and chose the Jersey milk pudding. I expected it to be very soft and runny, but it was actually fairly firm, somewhere in the middle. True to the name, Jersey, it had a rich milky taste.

As expected. My top pick. The chestnut paste has such a natural sweetness that it even tastes fresh. The meringue base is nice and crisp. The whipped cream is also very light on the palate. I finally found a really good Mont Blanc for the first time in a while.

Everything is delicious, but I think the signature Yamaga Waguri Shu (Yamaga Japanese chestnut cream puff) is the No.1 cream puff. It is not too heavy or too sweet, but still has a rich cream-filled texture, and the gentle aroma of chestnut is very elegant.

・Kuri-koro mousse (chestnut mousse)
The mousse has a light, airy texture that melts in your mouth, with a mildly sweet, toasty chestnut flavor spreading across the palate. Inside are chopped shibukawa-ni (sweet simmered chestnuts in their skins), and their crisp texture adds a nice accent. The whipped cream on top is only lightly sweetened, and at the very bottom there is a sponge cake layer, creating changes in texture with each layer.
