Butasute Chunichi Biru Ten

"Butasute Chunichi Biru Ten" is a restaurant run by a butcher shop founded in 1909. It is directly connected to Exit 13 of Sakae Station, so access is excellent.

The interior has a calm atmosphere, with a refined space that still keeps a Japanese feel.

The “Gyudon (regular)” is a Rice bowl made with Domestic Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu), finished with a sweet and savory sauce.

The beef is said to be thick yet tender, with more and more flavor coming out the more you chew. It comes with beni shoga (pickled red ginger), and some reviews say you can enjoy changing up the taste with a refreshing bite partway through.

You can also add their signature croquette to the beef Rice bowl.

The coating is crisp and the inside is fluffy, and you can really taste the good flavor of the beef. It is well seasoned, so it is tasty even without sauce.

ぽんぽんグルメ

The meat in the Beef Rice bowl (regular) is Domestic Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef), and it has a really meaty texture, a rich taste, and a bold, wild punch✨The meat in the Beef Rice bowl (premium) is Ise-niku (Ise beef), and you can really taste the sweet richness of the fat, giving it a refined feel✨Both are insanely delicious‼️

・hitsumabushi (grilled eel over rice served with condiments and broth)
The way it is cooked brings out the full flavor of the meat, the balance with the condiments is just right, and it is a pleasure to finish with the final broth. This bowl, made by a well-known restaurant in Ise, was truly a dish fit for creating a Special moment.

Yoshinoya Meieki Taiko-dori-guchi Ten

Yoshinoya Meieki Taiko-doriguchi Ten is located directly across the street to the west of JR Nagoya Station, on the first floor of Sanko Inn Nagoya Shinkansenguchi.

The clean interior has 23 seats in total, with counter and table seating. Orders are placed using a touch panel system.

Gyudon (beef Rice bowl) is a simple Rice bowl made with beef and onions simmered in a special sweet and savory sauce. The fatty beef is said to be moist and juicy.

Many people seem to enjoy customizing it too, adding plenty of beni shoga (pickled red ginger) and shichimi (seven-spice blend), or topping it with egg.

The regularly changing limited-time menu items are also part of the appeal.

The "Gyusuki Nabe Zen" comes with large slices of beef simmered together with vegetables, tofu, and kishimen (flat wheat noodles). It is also said to be quite filling, and is popular for leaving diners with a sense of Manzoku.

Koji-koji

I really do like gyudon (beef bowl) from Yoshinoya best. I like the texture of the beef and the sweetness of the sauce. I polished it off in no time. Ah, that was so good!

・Beef suki-nabe (beef sukiyaki Hot Pot) set meal
A solid fuel burner is placed under the beef suki-nabe (beef sukiyaki Hot Pot), so you can enjoy it piping hot to the very last bite. The vegetables stay pleasantly crisp. The meat is also very tasty when dipped in egg.

Nakau Higashishimmachi Ten

Nakau Higashishinmachi Ten is about a 7-minute walk from Shinsakaemachi Station.

The compact interior is bright and clean, and there are two types of seating in total: table seats and counter seats. It is such a popular spot that it is often full, with lines sometimes stretching outside.

The "Ontama Gyusuki Rice bowl" in the photo includes beef with an excellent balance of lean meat and fat, along with white leek and shirataki (konjac noodles).

The sukiyaki-style sauce seems to have a deep sweetness while still leaving a light finish. It also pairs well with the onsen tamago (soft-cooked hot spring egg), making it a tasty dish that goes perfectly with rice.

Among Tabelog reviewers, the oyako-don (chicken and egg Rice bowl) is also popular.

The soft, creamy egg and tender chicken make it easy to eat. The warishita sauce made with 3 kinds of soy sauce is slightly rich, and is said to be packed with umami.

・Beef and Egg Rice bowl
This is gyudon (beef rice bowl) meat bound together with egg. It is basically like a tanin-don (beef and egg rice bowl). The seasoning is clearly on the strong side. But that flavor goes well with the egg, and of course with the rice too. It is also very tasty with a sprinkle of sansho (Japanese pepper).

愛知・岐阜グルメ 肉が好き

I usually come here for breakfast and get tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg), and Nakau's eggs are honestly really good. The yolk is rich. I wonder if they sell these eggs somewhere. I want to use them at home. Personally, my favorite is the oyako-don (chicken and egg rice bowl) with a raw egg and taberu rayu (chili oil with fried garlic) on the side.

Matsuya Kanayama Ten

Matsuya Kanayama Ten is located in the semi-basement of a building about a 3-minute walk from Kanayama Station.

There appear to be 18 seats in total, mainly counter seats. When your number is called, you go to the counter to pick up your food, and after eating, you take your dishes to the return counter in this fully self-service style.

The gyumeshi (beef bowl), which comes with miso soup, is said to have a slightly sweet soy sauce based flavor.

Both the onions and the beef are relatively large, and the sauce is said to soak in well. It is quite filling, and when eaten with beni shoga (pickled red ginger), it goes down nice and easy.

"Uma-Toma Hamburger Steak set meal" became a regular menu item because it was so popular.

The Hamburger Steak is said to be coarsely ground, plump, and juicy. The special tomato sauce is packed with garlic, and it seems to go perfectly with the tangy acidity of the tomatoes.

Zoo@MD

Place an onsen tamago (soft-cooked egg) in the center of the gyumeshi (beef rice bowl), top it with beni shoga (pickled red ginger) and shichimi togarashi (seven-spice chili pepper), and dig in!! Mix the soft-set egg in the middle with the rice until it gets nice and creamy, like TKG (tamago kake gohan), then enjoy it with the meat!! So good(@_@)!! This is my favorite way to eat gyumeshi❤

赤味噌豚汁

・Uma-Toma Hamburger Steak set meal
That punch of garlic is still going strong. Then you dunk the Hamburger Steak into the soft-cooked egg, coat it in the rich runny yolk, and put it on the rice for an absolutely perfect match. A regular serving of rice is not enough. The flavors are so bold that I ended up eating it like a speed challenge.

Yakitate no Karubi Nagoya Hirate Ten

Yakitate no Karubi Nagoya Hirate Ten is located near the Hirate intersection in Midori Ward.

The clean and spacious interior has a total of 51 seats, including table seating and box seats. The tables are well spaced, so it looks like you can relax without worrying about the people around you.

The "Yakitate no Karubi Rice bowl" features thinly sliced, tender meat, with a sweet and savory sauce that goes perfectly with rice.

Reviews also say that pairing it with kimchi and namul (seasoned vegetable side dishes) adds more depth of flavor, letting you enjoy a different taste in every bite.

Many people also add yukgaejang soup (spicy Korean beef soup) as part of their set.

It is said to be packed with ingredients like bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, and garlic chives. The spice level is just right, and it seems to be a rich, authentic soup.

I thought the karubi (short rib) might feel heavy on the stomach, but I enjoyed it with a light feel. The ramen was also tasty, and the mildly spicy kara-men (spicy noodles) was very good.

・Freshly grilled kalbi Rice bowl (small)
A Rice bowl of aged beef short plate grilled over a wire mesh, tossed with sauce, and served over rice. The flavor was rich, so even the small portion felt satisfying enough for Manzoku.

Sukiya Meieki Nishi Ten

Sukiya Meieki Nishi Ten is about a 4-minute walk from the Taiko-dori Exit of JR Nagoya Station.

The interior is clean and neat, with both counter and table seating. From ordering to picking up your food and returning the tray, it appears to be a self-service setup.

The gyudon (beef Rice bowl) is said to have a rich sweet-and-savory seasoning, with a clear kick of ginger.

It comes with plenty of thinly sliced beef that seems to soak up the flavor well. It also has big chunks of onion, and Tabelog reviewers praise it for being very satisfying to eat.

There were also many reviews recommending the curry.

The roux has a Creamy mouthfeel and a mild flavor that leans slightly sweet. If that feels a bit too mild, you can adjust the heat by adding the separately served Sukiya no Tokusei Karakuchi Sauce (Sukiya's special hot sauce).

・Gyudon (beef Rice bowl)
Pickled red ginger and shichimi are self serve. The onions are nicely cooked down until soft. The beef is tasty too. I had it with plenty of pickled red ginger.

・Beef Small Bowl Sausage Egg Breakfast
As usual, I first put the gyu-kobachi (small beef bowl) on the rice and enjoy it like a gyudon (beef Rice bowl). After that, the best part is putting the fried egg on the rice, pouring soy sauce over it, and wrapping it with nori (seaweed). It feels like a ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) breakfast experience.
