The popular "quiche Lorraine" stands out for the contrast between its crisp crust and light, smooth filling.
The flavors of bacon and onion layer together gently, and you can also enjoy the toasty aroma that only comes fresh from the oven.

The calm, grown-up feel of the interior creates a comfortable space where you can relax and enjoy both the meal and conversation. The food is seasoned with a delicate touch that brings out the quality of the ingredients, and you can feel the care in every plate. In particular, the Appetizers through to the main dishes pair extremely well with wine, and the staff's pairing suggestions are spot on. With each glass, the appeal of the food opened up even more, and I ended up lingering longer than expected.

It has a calm, classic atmosphere. There are also more than 60 kinds of bistro dishes. The portions are solid, and the wide variety of dishes makes it hard to choose. It is also fun to order various items à la carte. A staff member advised that for 2 people, about 2 Appetizers and 3 mains would be just right. The baguette and butter are also tasty.

The “hone-tsuki koyou no roast (roasted bone-in lamb)” stands out for its balance of a fragrant, nicely seared surface and moist meat inside.
It has a great reputation for cooking that brings out the tender texture of the meat, with rich flavor all the way around the bone. It is a popular dish often ordered with wine.

The pâté de campagne has a moist, smooth texture, and one of its key features is that it still keeps a clear meaty bite.
Rather than leaning too heavily on the richness of the fat, the herbs and spices layer in gently, and some reviews say it offers an elegant side within its deep flavor.

Each dish was beautiful and carefully made, and the portions were solid. The ingredients and vegetables included seasonal produce, and I really liked how every dish was seasoned to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients...!! The roasted lamb was unbelievably tender, and it was one of the best roast meats I’ve ever had.

The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the crowd is mostly adults. Even though it is in Higashi-Ginza, it is a place where you can enjoy your meal and conversation at a relaxed pace. What stood out was a dish of steamed oysters from Fukushima and Itoshima topped with aosa (green laver) and lemon jelly. The Fresh Scent of the Ocean and bright acidity were well balanced, and it was so good that I ended up ordering more.

We were seated at a table with a sweeping view of the Ginza night skyline. From the Appetizers to the final dessert, it was a truffle-filled course with high-quality dishes. This time, we asked the sommelier for an Omakase pairing, and for me it was the best combination possible. They introduced wines I had never tried before, and I was able to enjoy a wonderful dinner.

This is a French restaurant inside Ginza Six. The chef is a well-known chef who has won the Silver Egg Award. I visited and ordered à la carte, and every dish was great, with the meat pie being the number one standout. The sommelier was wonderful too, and I got to enjoy food and wine pairings as well as a tasting comparison, which left me very Manzoku!

The venison was very good. The vegetables on the side were fresh, and I was very Manzoku. The omelet was also soft and airy, and it is a dish I would definitely recommend trying. The atmosphere inside was nice too, with only a small number of seats, which made it calm and relaxing.

The piping hot cassoulet was delicious. Overall, the seasoning had a solid salty kick. You can ask for wine pairings based on both taste and price range. (Each) portion is sizable. It is a good idea to share and eat with a few people. It was a small, cozy, and comfortable bistro.

The owner runs the place alone, but everything from the wine to the food was delicious. The wine selection ranged from sparkling to Sicilian whites, Chardonnay, and Merlot. We started with an Appetizers assortment, then had a tasting of raw oysters, gratin, and finally the black curry, which was shockingly good.

The staff were pleasant, and I ended up staying longer than I planned. The interior felt clean, and stylish paintings were displayed here and there. I wonder if they were for sale? They were lovely. When I visited, the place was full. So it seems best to make a reservation for sure. They also had a wide selection of wines, and I ordered a bottle.

While I was wetting my throat with champagne, a more proper amuse-bouche than I expected was served. It was a flawless lineup, with a tall and beautiful gougère and a vegetable soup filled with the rich flavor of pork like bacon or kakuni (braised pork belly). Small sweets and café drinks were also included in the course, and I came away with the satisfying feeling of having enjoyed a full course meal.

With 2 Appetizers, a main, and dessert, the menu was easy to understand and everything tasted very good. The wine selection is also broad, with a 4-glass prix fixe set and wines by the glass, so it is nice that you can choose based on your mood that day. For the main, I had choucroute with pork and venison sausages. I enjoyed it with the owner's pairing suggestion, and it was delicious.

A grown-up French bar I found in Ginza. I headed to French Bar Ginza by plein, where you can casually enjoy authentic French food in Ginza. There is a live feel as the dishes are finished right across the counter, and even though it is French, it still feels casual somehow. The best part is that you can enjoy it without feeling stiff or formal!
