The pasta, bread, and small sweets are Homemade every day. The restaurant serves authentic Italian food made with seasonal ingredients.
The restaurant’s signature pasta is available at both lunch and dinner. The course seems to let you enjoy two different kinds of pasta.

They also change the shape of the pasta depending on the ingredients and sauce, with options like thin noodles kneaded with ingredients such as horenso (spinach), flat tagliatelle, and shell-like conchiglie.
They also serve small hat-shaped pasta filled with cheese or meat, so you can enjoy the appeal of many different kinds of pasta.

The pasta was filled with ricotta cheese. This unusual hat-shaped pasta had ricotta cheese inside, and with one bite, the rich cheese spread through your mouth. It paired well with the rich meat sauce, making it a very satisfying dish.

And then the pasta. This was also exquisitely balanced in flavor. The salt level and the good taste of the ingredients all came together beautifully, and it reminded me once again that Bistris is all about the beauty of harmony. Lately, I had Nakanaka found pasta at this level, so it was a really wonderful time.

For lunch, a popular course lets you enjoy freshly baked pizza one slice at a time, with as many slices as you like. You can try a variety of flavors.

For the pasta, I chose the Hayama Ishii gyu (Hayama Ishii beef) bolognese. The pasta was fettuccine with a nice chewy texture, and this was also well seasoned with plenty of ingredients. The service was very good, and the explanations were polite and thorough.

The interior with its sparkling lights is nice during the day, but it seems to have an especially great atmosphere at night. The course we booked included 3 Appetizers, pasta or pizza, a main dish, and dessert. Every dish was very good, and the portions were quite generous✨️For the pizza, they come around with freshly baked pies and ask, "How about some ○○ pizza?"

The dishes here are known for bringing out the good flavors of seasonal ingredients. The menu focuses mainly on a la carte dishes, but if you book ahead, you can also enjoy a course meal.
There are about five kinds of pasta that change daily. The standard choice is truffle hand made pasta. It has a great aroma, and you can enjoy pasta that makes the most of the flavor of the wheat.

They have a wide selection of wine, and the food is seasoned to pair well with it. If you want to have a light drink, the Appetizers assortment with a glass of wine is recommended.
Reviews say that more substantial dishes like roasted venison and meat baked in pastry are also delicious.

After a dinner gathering with a junior colleague, I suddenly craved pasta and came here for a second stop. Broccoli garlic sauté and arrabbiata. I ordered both in smaller portions. The arrabbiata still had that punchy kick and was as addictive as ever. The recommended red wine was great too!

Every dish is authentic and delicious, and pairs perfectly with the wine. The pasta in particular is outstanding, with a great texture from the handmade noodles. The staff provide warm service, and their thoughtful attention is a nice touch. The cozy space is also perfect for a Special day. It is a place I would love to visit again.

Located near Exit B4 of Shibuya Station, Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti Shibuya Ten is a tarako spaghetti (cod roe spaghetti) specialty restaurant with multiple locations mainly in Tokyo.

Tarako is salted Alaska pollock roe. At this restaurant, you can enjoy pasta made with mentaiko (spicy pollock roe) marinated in a seasoning liquid with chili peppers and other ingredients.
The popping texture of mentaiko combines with the chewy, springy bite of domestically grown wheat, creating a nice harmony between the ingredients.
Photograph:ゆ | 東京千葉グルメ
The specialty here is pasta served with dashi broth made from katsuobushi (bonito flakes) and kombu kelp, and it is well known for its nice thin-udon-like texture.
Another popular option is the cream pasta, made with wide flat noodles like the one in the photo and a blend of white miso and soy milk. You can also add mentaiko (spicy cod roe) as a paid topping.
あまとうです
The generously topped aburi tarako (seared cod roe) mixed with the chewy noodles and tasted really great! Halfway through, I tried pouring dashi (Japanese soup stock) over the spaghetti, and it turned into a whole new flavor that was also delicious! I enjoyed it with a white wine that pairs well with tarako! The price is not high either, and I think the value for money is excellent!

A popular choice is the “Zetsubo no Spaghetti.” It adds fresh cream and olives to meat sauce, then gives it a punchy flavor with garlic and chili pepper.
The generous amount of soup coats the noodles well, and some reviews call it outstanding.

All the pasta dishes come with plenty of soup. Even the peperoncino and carbonara are paired with the restaurant’s original soup.
After finishing the noodles, many people seem to enjoy the remaining soup with baguette or rice so none of it goes to waste.

As for the taste, ① it is pure bliss. The soup with tomato and garlic is outstanding. I could not stop spooning up the soup first. ② There is plenty of soup, so it stays piping hot until the very end, which is a nice bonus. ③ You can add extra toppings, but the baguette is a must! Soaked in the soup, it is pure bliss lol

This time too, I ordered a seafood dish. The dashi (Japanese soup stock) was excellent. For the final course, I also ordered a rice ball, which they did not have before, and mixed it with the remaining soup to make it like a risotto. I was totally Manzoku〜!

The specialty is “spaghettoni with lemon cream sauce.” This cream spaghetti recreates a flavor found in a lemon-producing region of Southern Italy, using Setouchi (Seto Inland Sea) lemons from Japan.
Though simple, the salt is said to bring out the fresh taste of the lemon.

There are about 10 kinds of pasta, and at lunchtime you can also enjoy a set menu with pasta, salad, and bread served as an assortment on one plate.
Not only long pasta, but also short pasta that pairs well with wine and piping hot lasagna with a rich flavor are popular.

This time again, I chose their popular pasta with lemon cream sauce. It’s one of my favorite pasta dishes. The special salsiccia and the lemon cream sauce, a specialty of Amalfi in southern Italy, come together with the flavors of spices and herbs, the springy texture and juicy salsiccia, and the refreshing lemon taste for the ultimate deliciousness.

The specialty here is bigoli, a traditional handmade pasta from the Veneto region in northeastern Italy. It is said to be made using a unique method in which dough made from medium strength flour is pressed out to form the noodles.
The noodles are known for their chewy texture, and reviewers say they pair perfectly with rich sauces.
The tomato cream spaghetti, made with thin spaghetti and uni (sea urchin), is also popular. People say it really lets you enjoy the rich flavor of the uni.
At lunchtime, they offer a set with about three daily pasta choices and a drink.
dadan325
The pasta was served split into individual portions for two people, which was a thoughtful touch. Personally, the uni (sea urchin) pasta was the standout for me. It was a dish where I could really enjoy the rich flavor of the uni. That said, every dish was a hit. It’s a restaurant I’d love to visit again.

Many of the menu items use long, thin spaghetti, but they also offer rigatoni and fettuccine, which is flat pasta with a thick, chewy texture.
The popular fettuccine comes with a rich cream sauce that brings out the natural sweetness of the pumpkin.
risaa0307
I ordered the penne arrabbiata. It was a well-balanced dish, with the tang of tomato and a nice spicy kick, while the aroma of garlic really whetted the appetite. The penne had a pleasant bite, and the sauce coated it well, making it quite filling. The interior felt open and airy, with an atmosphere that made it easy to stop by for lunch or during a break from shopping.

First, I ordered the pumpkin pasta. From the moment it arrived, the aroma and presentation made me think, "This looks promising..." When I took a bite, the chewy texture was even better than I expected! It had the springy, satisfying bite that is unique to fresh pasta, while still feeling just right and not too heavy. The pumpkin sauce was not too sweet, and though rich, it had a clean finish.

I ordered the seafood arrabbiata (dessert set), and even though I’m good with spicy food, I found it only mildly spicy. If you’re not a fan of spicy food, you might find it a bit hot!
