Everything was good, including the loin and Horumon, but the senmai-sashi (Omasum sashimi) and liver were by far the best. In any case, they really make the drinks go down easy.

I had the Matsuzaka-niku (Matsusaka beef) Intro Course. It was reasonably priced, and the quality of the meat was high, so everything tasted great. The liver in particular was very fresh, with no off notes, and incredibly good. You could choose how to finish the meal, and I picked reimen (cold noodles) without hesitation. The noodles were exactly the thickness I love.

You can enjoy a casual meal at this down to earth Yakiniku restaurant. We had Chanja, namul (seasoned vegetable dishes), Beef Tongue, makura (a cut of beef), and their specialty hohomi-niku (cheek meat). The hohomi-niku was rich with fat and very tasty. Best of all, the thick cut Beef Tongue was satisfyingly hearty and went well with both drinks and rice.
