The freshly poured draft beer is really good. You can tell the beer server is very well maintained. I ordered the frozen dark beer because it looked fun, and it was so cute that I loved it. As for the food, the sausages are still the best match. The Kara-age was nicely crisp on the outside and juicy inside too.

The "Osashimi Sanshu assortment Gozen set" is a menu featuring an assortment of fresh fish sourced that day. It is said to have a firm texture, with the rich flavor of the fish coming through clearly.
The small side dishes, such as tempura and simmered dishes, are also carefully prepared and well balanced.

One of the big draws of this place is that you can get a set meal even at night. On top of that, each set meal comes with one drink, and it is a great deal that you can even choose draft beer. The ingredients in the set meals are fresh, so the sashimi is delicious, and the tempura and simmered dishes are also very good. It was my first visit, but it quickly became a place I want to go back to.

Although it is a washoku (Japanese cuisine) restaurant, the menu was very creative and felt fresh. I especially liked the Wagyu tataki (lightly seared beef). I also really enjoyed the kamameshi (rice cooked in an iron pot), which was a menu item that let me feel the autumn season. The atmosphere inside was also very comfortable, so I would definitely like to visit again.

The photo shows "shima hokke (Atka mackerel) aburi-yaki (lightly seared grill)." The toasty aroma stands out in a way only aburi can offer, and the flesh is said to be moist and easy to flake apart.
It is just right for nibbling on bit by bit while drinking, and some people order it with the A la carte All you can drink option. This dish lets you gently enjoy the rich flavor of the fat.

The "Chilled Homemade Tofu" is a tofu dish that brings out the rich depth of flavor of two kinds of Domestic soybeans.
Made with moshio nigari (seaweed salt bittern), it gives the soybeans a clean, clear taste and a moist, smooth texture.

The sashimi assortment was fresh and delicious. The seared bonito paired with cheese and grilled together (I forgot the name) was really good. They seated us in a Semi-private room, and I had a relaxing time with close friends.

After entering the restaurant, I was already pretty full, but besides drinks, I ordered omusoba (omelet wrapped fried noodles) and tenshin (crab omelet over rice). I thought it might be too much, but it was so good that I quickly finished it all lol

Kobe Hanamaru, on the 6th floor of a building near Kobe Station, is an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) where you can relax in Private rooms at every seat.
The menu and course selection are both extensive, which is a nice plus since you can choose to match your budget.

The photo shows the "Chicken Thigh Kara-age." This standard menu item uses juicy thigh meat, and besides the original seasoning, it also comes with plenty of flavor options like house-made tartar sauce, shichimi mayo, and negi ponzu (ponzu sauce with green onion).
Reviews also say the coating is nice and crispy, with a flavor that goes great with alcohol.

The "Hana Maru Course" offers a well-balanced lineup, including "Aigamo (duck) Italian carpaccio" and "Tofu and colorful vegetable sesame salad," where the mild sesame flavor brings out the natural sweetness of the vegetables.
It comes with All you can drink, making it a convenient option for group gatherings.

It is on the 6th floor of a building near Kobe Station that houses restaurants, karaoke, and more. We ordered dishes such as Hot Pot, meat sushi, Kara-age, sashimi, kushiyaki (grilled skewers), and fried squid rings. Everything was quite good. The food also came out pretty quickly.
