The crispy gyoza had a nice crackly wrapper, and I was Surprising by how light it felt, almost like deep fried gyoza. They were bite sized and easy to eat, and when I bit into one, the juices spread in my mouth and tasted great.

The gyoza (dumplings) are delicious! The pan-fried ones let you really taste the flavor of the filling, while the boiled gyoza have pleasantly chewy wrappers with a satisfying bite. The garlic chive and cheese one is especially good. The restaurant is small, but that also means they serve the food and drinks quickly.

This is an authentic Chinese restaurant on the basement level 1 of New Shinbashi Building in front of Shinbashi Station. You can drink here from lunchtime. It seems to be a popular spot. The gyoza dumplings have thin wrappers. The filling inside is nice and meaty. The spring rolls are freshly fried and crisp too. They are not greasy at all and taste really good. At this Chinese restaurant, the gyoza set meal should not be underestimated. I went in assuming the Large size rice would be the base and picked at the gyoza as I ate. Each dumpling was packed with filling and dripping with meat juices. I bounced them off the rice before eating, and the rice just kept tasting better. The gyoza had plenty of flavor, so they did not even need any sauce.

・Boiled dumplings simmered in super spicy sauce
The name made me brace myself, but it was not just all about the heat. It still had a solid savory depth. They finish it by pouring piping hot oil over dried chili peppers, which brings out the aroma and really whets your appetite. The boiled dumplings were hot all the way through, and I think they were cooked evenly inside as well.
