The best pancakes in Japan. I visited on a weekday afternoon, and it was very quiet and comfortable. I stopped by because I was craving pancakes for the first time in a while, and they were so good I was blown away. They were light and not heavy at all, so even though we shared them and ate the equivalent of 1.5 pancakes between two of us, we finished them with no problem. I want to come back again.

Three thick pancakes are stacked high, and the soft, airy rise of the batter is exciting to see. When you take a bite, it feels light and delicate, with the rich flavor of ricotta cheese and a gentle touch of sweetness spreading across your palate. The natural sweetness of the banana and the richness of the honeycomb butter come together beautifully, so I could enjoy every bite without getting tired of it.

They were incredibly delicious‼️‼️‼️The salty flavor and the sweetness of the pancakes were a perfect match. The chewy type of pancakes came stacked in two layers. I ate the top layer as is, and poured the maple syrup served on the side over the bottom layer to make it sweet. Perfect.

For dessert, I tried these much talked about pancakes for the first time, and they really were good. They were not airy, but pleasantly chewy without feeling heavy, and while the sauce around them was sweet, you can adjust that, so I finished one in no time. It may have been just the right amount.

The fresh raw vegetables are delicious. They are colorful and look beautiful. The vegan pancakes are round pancakes that bring to mind bōro (Japanese egg biscuits). They are soft and tasty. The menu is also extensive, so if I had vegan friends, I would want to bring them to this restaurant.

We shared the pancakes with a friend, and what made them really great was the just-right size and how they did not feel heavy at all! It is nice that you can finish them easily even after a meal! The cream also has just the right amount of sweetness, so it is nice that it does not get in the way of the pancakes' simple flavor♪

Truly 5 stars. You can tell the staff service and the quality of the interior have both been carefully thought out in many ways to make customers happy. The hospitality is amazing. Whenever I come to Odaiba, I always find myself drawn into Eggs 'n Things... At first glance, it looks super sweet!
