Oishii Oniku no Mise Yamano

About a 1-minute walk from the Showa-dori Exit of JR Akihabara Station, Oishii Oniku no Mise Yamano is a quiet and relaxed Yakiniku restaurant despite its convenient location near the station.

This hideaway-like space is fully equipped with counter seats, table seating, and Private room options. It is said to be easy to use for a wide range of occasions, from everyday dining to celebrations.

They source A5 Wagyu and rare cuts through their own channels and serve them with a strong focus on freshness.

There are six kinds of tongue. You can enjoy comparing options like “Tan Wasabi,” accented with freshly grated wasabi, and “Tan Karubi,” a cut of which only one serving can be taken from a single tongue.

A top pick is the "Premium Thick Cut Tongue." It lavishly uses the root part of the tongue known as tanmoto (base of the tongue), which has fine marbling.

Careful scoring gives it an excellent bite. People also praise its beautiful presentation, and it is said to be a great choice for a dish on a special occasion.

Pochomkin1234

The best Yakiniku place in Akihabara. The taste is still as good as ever. From the Premium tongue to the Strip loin, Sirloin cap, liver, and sliced raw tongue, my group was saying, “This is it!” as we enjoyed every bite❤️Please bring trusted colleagues, mentors, or friends. I’m sure they’ll be happy with a satisfaction level of 120%. When you make a reservation, I recommend a Private room. Sometimes they are fully booked.

The interior feels clean and has a warm atmosphere with a wood grain theme. There are also plenty of counter seats, which makes it easy to stop in even for a solo lunch. The prices may look a little high for lunch, but for what you get, I felt it was actually very good value. I’d highly recommend this place not only to meat lovers, but also to anyone who wants to enjoy lunch with good service in a pleasant setting.

There are lots of different options, and you can eat not only Wagyu but also pork and chicken. The self service style where you go and pick up the meat yourself is unusual. Since it is All you can eat, you can enjoy a tasty meal and leave very Manpuku! I would like to visit again if I have a chance to go to Akihabara!

チャゲアーセン

There is a display case at the entrance, and you order the cuts you like from about 12 different parts in the showcase. This is really new! The key is to go get them when no one else is lining up. Every cut was tender and tasty. The mango-cut karubi (short rib), in particular, was thick and juicy! The drinks are self-serve from the dispenser. They also had a wide selection of Japanese sake and other drinks.

I use this building a lot, but this was the first time I knew there was a Yakiniku place in it. It is a great location for people who often come here!! The building is clean, so the inside of the restaurant is clean too✨The quality of the meat is good, so I was satisfied! The Flap meat was insanely delicious, and it really impressed me♪♪

It’s great that you can enjoy such stylish and delicious Yakiniku in Akihabara☺️✨The A5-rank meat was on another level and so good❤️You should definitely try the Akihabara location exclusive Chateau Top blade. I also recommend the Wagyu trimmings and stone pot garlic rice. The restaurant was already busy from early on and packed!!

We had choregi salad, Beef Tongue, thin cut kalbi, Chateau Top blade, and reimen (cold noodles). The Chateau Top blade was especially good, served rare and meltingly tender. Every staff member was kind and fun, and they all made me want to come back again!!

Yakiniku Toraji Akihabara Ten is a Yakiniku restaurant in a great location, about a 1-minute walk from JR Akihabara Station. Founded in 1995, it is a popular restaurant chain with locations mainly in the Kanto region.

Its Japanese modern atmosphere, featuring washi (traditional Japanese paper), is one of its main draws. All seats are in Private rooms or Semi-private rooms, making it a good choice for private meals or celebrations.

Not only the Yakiniku but also the wide variety of side dishes is one reason for its popularity. The photo shows the "yukgaejang noodles (spicy Korean beef noodle soup)."

It has a deep flavor, with a moderate spiciness layered with the good taste of vegetables. It finishes clean, so many people choose it as a final bowl.

にくもも

At Toraji, a place you can always count on, we ordered lots of our favorites à la carte! Everything was delicious and impressive, and the karubi (short rib) and lean cuts in particular were almost unbelievably tender. The tongue cut comparison was also excellent, and although it was our first time visiting for dinner, the meal was stunningly good.

Toraji really is great, after all! It was my first time visiting the Akihabara restaurant. The Private room was calm and relaxing, which was really nice. The interior was clean too! The meat also reminded me how good Toraji's meat is. I would love to visit again.

Yakiniku Emi

One of its best points is the easy access, about a 2-minute walk from the Showa-dori Exit of JR Akihabara Station and Akihabara Station on the Hibiya Line.

The interior is simple and easy to use, with counter seats, table seating, and even fully private rooms. It feels casual enough to stop by alone, while also accommodating larger groups.

You can enjoy fresh meat here, cut to order in a live-cut style.

Another draw is their commitment to never using frozen meat, handling only meat in a fresh state. The texture and flavor that only freshly cut meat can offer seem to come through from the very first bite.

Centered on Sendai A5 rank beef, they offer a lineup of carefully selected Special Wagyu.

The popular "Sendai-gyu (Sendai beef) assortment" comes with no unnecessary extras, so the quality of the meat stands out best. It is well regarded because you can compare different recommended cuts of the day.

Pig Daddy 1973

It was my first visit. I had assumed it would be a more formal place, but it had a cozy, homey feel. They offer a wide variety of meats...every cut was really delicious...and they carefully explained the rare cuts, which helped me enjoy them even more. Thank you very much.

They also offer pork, Horumon, and chicken, so you can enjoy as much meat as you like. One of the highlights is being able to taste fresh meat with their traditional tare (sauce).

The pork, slowly grilled over charcoal, is juicy, and they say it tastes light and fresh when wrapped in Korean Perilla Leaves with plenty of kimchi and yakumi (condiments).

まーちゃちゃさん

The spacious setting makes it nice to enjoy your meal without worrying about the people around you. It felt perfect for a Year-End Party, New Year Party, company gatherings, or drinks with friends. Overall, it offers a level of Manzoku that goes beyond the price, and I especially recommend it for anyone who wants to eat a lot or casually enjoy delicious Wagyu.

Source:まーちゃちゃさん's review

What stood out was that the fat was not too heavy, so you can enjoy it right to the last bite. The sauce is not too strong either, so you can enjoy the meat’s natural flavor. It is Yakiniku, but one nice point is that the meal does not feel too heavy overall. The side menu is also extensive, with kimchi, namul, rice dishes, and other items that make you want to order them along with the Yakiniku.

Yakiniku Kanekoen

Yakiniku Kanekoen is about a 1-minute walk from the Showa-dori Exit of JR Akihabara Station, and it is popular for its casual atmosphere that makes it easy to drop by and its reasonable prices.

Along with old-style table seating, it also has a calm Semi-private room area. It has an atmosphere where you can enjoy a meal with friends or even Yakiniku on your own.

The selection of branded meats is extensive, including Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu), Saga beef, and Omi beef. In a relaxed atmosphere, you can take your time enjoying top quality meat.

Original menu items that make the most of the quality of the ingredients are also popular, including the "Jo Akami Wasabi Yaki (lightly seared premium lean meat with wasabi)."

One thing you’ll want to enjoy with the Yakiniku is the “Clay Pot rice.” It uses Uonuma-produced Koshihikari rice and is cooked fresh to order, so both the aroma and texture are excellent.

The plump, distinct grains and refined sweetness are said to bring out the rich flavor of the Yakiniku even more.

ぷるや8

With a wide menu of meat, Horumon, and side dishes, it was a very satisfying meal. Above all, the Clay Pot rice made with Uonuma-grown Koshihikari was especially delicious! It takes a little time, but if you order it first, the rice arrives around the time your meat is done grilling after the toast, so you can enjoy them together at just the right timing.

MEGUMI 618

・Roku Course
You can see the careful work starting with the Appetizers, and the namul and kimchi are seasoned in an elegant way. The meat is all thick yet tender, and the Special kalbi (short rib) and salted tongue in particular stood out for the sweetness of the fat and how nicely they melted in the mouth. Being able to ask the staff about how long to cook it is also a thoughtful touch that Yakiniku beginners will appreciate.

USHIHACHI Akihabara Ten

This Yakiniku restaurant is about a 2-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Suehirocho Station, and also within walking distance of Akihabara Station’s Electric Town Exit.

The chic and stylish interior has spacious table seating. A popular point is that the layout can be changed depending on the size of the group.

This plate brings together a nice balance of standard cuts and rare cuts, making it fun to look at as well. You can enjoy a wide range of flavors all at once.

Among the courses, the "Kiwami Course" with All you can drink is popular. It has a lot of volume and is known for being highly satisfying.

This luxurious course brings together the restaurant's standard menu items, including a 2-kind assortment of thick-cut tongue and premium tongue, as well as lightly seared toro-niku (rich marbled meat) for 3 seconds.

Sato8810

・Kiwami Course
The dishes are finished with a high level of care, and you can tell each plate took real time and effort to make. The thick cut tongue was especially in a class of its own, with a striking contrast between the savory sear on the outside and the juicy inside. The staff also gave careful guidance on how to grill each item and when to eat it, and their service made the whole experience feel very reassuring.

Source:Sato8810's review

The specialty toro-niku 3-byo aburi (lightly seared melt-in-your-mouth meat for 3 seconds) is so rare it makes you wonder, Is 3 seconds really enough? But the moment it hits your mouth, it melts! The ittomori (7-cut assortment from one whole cow) comes with 7 kinds, and it was great to enjoy small bites of different cuts! The Horumon had zero off notes too, and that plump, springy texture was so addictive◎ I chose reimen (cold noodles) to finish. The pleasantly chewy noodles were light and refreshing, and even though I was Manpuku, I could still slurp them down easily!

Yaki-an 33 Banchi

Yakian 33-banchi is a well-regarded restaurant about a 3-minute walk from the Showa-dori Exit of JR Akihabara Station, where you can enjoy authentic charcoal grilled Yakiniku.

With its casual atmosphere, it works well for everything from meals with friends to an easy solo Yakiniku visit. The small interior has table seating only, and one of its charms is how easy it is to drop in.

Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) grilled over the far infrared heat of charcoal cooks up juicy and full of flavor without losing its umami.

The "Beef Tongue" is quickly seared, which brings out its roasted aroma and keeps the texture tender. Every cut is said to let you fully enjoy the meat’s natural flavor.

The Horumon grilled over charcoal is said to be especially good too. The "Jo-Mountain chain tripe" has just the right bite and springy texture, and its rich flavor spreads with every chew.

The sweetness of the fragrant, grilled fat pairs perfectly with the sauce, making this a dish you will keep reaching for.

にゃんゆき

I visited a restaurant my senior colleague had been curious about. It is a small charcoal grilled place, and I really liked the atmosphere and intimate size of the interior. Since this was our second stop, we kept it light and ordered items like jo-tan (premium beef tongue) and harami (skirt steak). The jo-tan was tender beef tongue with good marbling. I usually prefer more bite, but this was tasty in its own way too.

Source:にゃんゆき's review

kshatriya

The tongue was unbelievably good, and the rose 10-second grill, which you eat almost like sukiyaki, was also tasty. And today I had the best rīdo vō (veal sweetbreads) I’ve ever had. Rīdo vō is calf thymus, and it was creamy, rich, and meltingly soft. To cook it through to the center, you grill it slowly farther from the charcoal, then finish it close to the charcoal to crisp up the outside.

The thick-cut Beef Tongue was way too goodー!!!I thought this place was great because it had more kinds of kuppa (Korean rice soup) and noodles than other restaurants, so you will not have trouble choosing a finishing dish◎Maybe because it is a little away from Akiba (Akihabara), it was not too noisy, and I liked that it felt calm and relaxed!!

I often come here for Yakiniku lunch these days. The meat is good, and I like the clean feel of the place. They also have a kids' menu, which is convenient. If you order the higher-priced items, the quality of the meat is very good and tastes great. I recommend it because you can count on getting good meat here, and the access is convenient too.
