The yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) here is served with salt, grilled to a fragrant finish on the outside while staying juicy inside.
The "yagen Cartilage" in the front of the photo is a dish you will keep coming back to for its crunchy texture and the smoky aroma of charcoal grilling. You can enjoy it either a la carte or with any course that includes All you can drink.
まーちゃちゃさん
I visited this time after hearing that the seafood is especially good, and the word was true—every dish was better than expected. They also have a wide selection of Japanese sake, and everything paired perfectly with it. First was the “kaisen namero (chopped seasoned seafood).” The fish was finely minced, packing in lots of flavor, with a nice balance of rich miso and the aroma of yakumi (condiments), making it a great dish to go with drinks.

No matter what I tried, the food was delicious, and they had a wide selection of Japanese sake, so I ended up drinking too much. The taisho (head chef) and staff were fun and friendly, and even though I visited alone, I had a great time. What I really liked was that they could serve half portions for solo diners. It was also nice that I could choose Japanese sake in 90ml or 180ml pours.

I’ve visited many times already. Whenever I want to eat fish, I always go to Yoshifuku. This time, they had ika (squid) in stock, so I ordered it. It was very fresh, tasty, and went really well with the sweet soy sauce, so I enjoyed it a lot. I’m also happy with the strength of the drinks, and with the good overall value for money, it’s one of my favorites.

What stood out most was the fresh live ika (squid). Its translucent flesh had a great texture and tasted excellent. They also have a wide selection of Japanese sake, including several labels not listed on the menu, and the staff member carefully recommended some, which also left a good impression. Everything is seasoned a little on the strong side, which goes well with alcohol and tastes great! The nagaimo (Japanese yam) steak was full of flavor and had a nice fluffy texture! The Appetizers tsukune also had a really good taste! The burdock root and steamed chicken salad is quite filling, but the burdock root was not crispy and was tender with a nice roasted flavor, so I was able to finish it!

For another drink, I ordered a frozen lemon sour. Since refills are available for just the shochu inside, I got a refill and kept the icy cold lemon as it was. For snacks, I had pork belly, pork Outside skirt, chicken thigh, and grilled garlic skewers. Then I got another refill of just the shochu. The frozen lemon sour stayed cold and tasty to the very end.

One feature here is the lineup of 15 or more kinds of Special Japanese sake from all over Japan at all times. They say it pairs perfectly with seafood dishes.
The "Uohama-mori (Uohama assortment)" in the photo is a signature item that lets you enjoy aged fish wrapped in a sheet infused with mizuame (starch syrup) and kombu kelp extract, then rested in the refrigerator for 10 hours. It is said to be an outstanding dish packed with umami.

They offer a wide range of dishes to go with drinks. The photo shows the "beef tendon simmered until tender (with baguette)," which pairs well with wine. The beef tendon is slowly simmered to concentrate its flavor, making it tender, with a rich seasoning that is said to be very delicious.
They also have a full lineup of courses with All you can drink, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes and drinks together.
イザジ
The sashimi assortment and iwa-gaki (rock oyster) were both very delicious! For drinks, they had bottled beer Akaboshi, so we made a toast with Akaboshi! After that, we had Japanese sake: Sharaku, Nabeshima, Denshu, and then Sharaku once more. The staff were great at making recommendations, suggesting the chef’s specials and limited-time Japanese sake, so we were very Manzoku.

The recommended buri (yellowtail) simmered dish was very large, and it was delicious! They also had many kinds of Japanese sake, which I really enjoyed. They even had hidden bottles, so if you go, I think it’s a good idea to ask the staff about them. I’d definitely love to go again!

One big draw is the selection of over 100 kinds of Special shochu from Kyushu, which are said to pair perfectly with Kyushu cuisine.
The restaurant's Hakata motsu-nabe (Hakata offal Hot Pot), a local specialty from Hakata in Fukuoka Prefecture made with fresh Domestic motsu, is available with a choice of four soups: miso, soy sauce, yuzu miso, and savory salt. The fresh motsu is said to be excellent.

They offer a wide range of courses with All you can drink. Another nice point is that they also have three kinds of On-the-Day orderable A la carte all-you-can-drink plans.
The photo shows the "Satsuma Chiran-dori (free-range chicken from Chiran, Satsuma) Sumibi Momo-yaki (charcoal-grilled chicken thigh)," which pairs well with drinks. This chicken is raised in Southern Kyushu, and the more you chew, the more tasty flavor comes out.
蒸かし芋
There were lots of drinks made with fruits from Kyushu and many kinds of shochu (Japanese distilled spirit). The food was good across the board, with tasty meat, vegetables, and fish, and I got to enjoy all kinds of dishes. Personally, I might especially recommend the atsuyage (thick fried tofu), which was nice and filling. The staff were upbeat, and the service was polite too.

Before getting to the lodging, I picked this place to get ready for tomorrow with yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and a drink. I had also checked Tabelog, and since it was close to the station and easy on the wallet, I went in. I was dining alone, but it was not noisy, and the yakitori was nicely done and tasty. The drinks offer great value.

The value for money was amazing!! Draft beer is cheap too, and it sounds like they stay open until morning on Fridays and Saturdays!!! Even though the place is spacious, the staff kindly came by to ask if we wanted another drink, and every single one of them was so nice!! The fish was fresh and very tasty too! I’ll definitely visit again!!

When I ordered Japanese sake, I asked for about three different kinds, and they changed the ochoko (small sake cup) each time. They also made sure not to repeat any, so this is a dream restaurant for Japanese sake lovers. The sashimi was all fresh and every piece tasted great. It was the first time I had such good sashimi this far inland in Chiba. And I was surprised at how affordable it was.

Edamame. The wasabi flavor was amazingly good. It was my first time trying edamame with a flavor other than salt, so it was a surprise. Kara-age. They were a bit small, but since they used thigh meat, the fat tasted great and went really well with drinks.

I ordered an umeshu (plum wine) ginger for my first drink, and I really liked it. The tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet) was listed on the menu as "vanishing magic," but when it arrived, I thought it looked a bit different from what I had imagined. Then I took a bite, and even though it looked nicely cooked and wasn’t runny inside, it just seemed to melt away smoothly. It felt kind of mysterious. Maybe it really is magic (lol).
