The fresh fish, Special selected for each season, has an excellent bite and plenty of flavor. You will want to enjoy it with the wide selection of Japanese sake and shochu.

One of the big draws is that you can enjoy not just seafood but also a wide range of classic izakaya dishes, including salads, fried items, and Hot Pot.

The biggest draw of Shokusaiya Usagi is its wide range of Japanese dishes that make the most of fresh ingredients. The recommendation is the "kisetsu no sakana no sashimi assortment (seasonal fish sashimi assortment)." Fresh slices of fish are beautifully arranged, and the moment you take a bite, the fish’s natural umami and sweetness spread across your palate.

We ordered drinks (a lot of them) and a la carte dishes. We came here for a company welcome party. It is on the 3rd floor of Otemae Building, just north of JR Himeji Station. The Semi-private room had dim lighting and a nice atmosphere. There was a wide selection of drinks. They also had a great range of Japanese whisky and Japanese sake, all at reasonable prices.

And of course, those are never a miss and everything tastes great. They also stock some unusual drinks, and the atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff is really nice and very comfortable. I will definitely visit again♩

Robata to Oden Koronagirai Himeji Ten is an izakaya where you can enjoy All you can eat oden and robatayaki (fireside-grilled dishes) along with carefully selected local sake from around Japan.

Since opening in Shinjuku, Tokyo, it has grown into a popular chain with more than 20 restaurants. The nostalgic interior, designed to recreate the feel of a traditional Japanese street stall, is also well liked.

At the center of the restaurant, there is a counter just for oden (Japanese hot pot items), where you can enjoy as many kinds as you like.

The clear, beautifully translucent dashi broth soaks into the ingredients, giving them a gentle, comforting flavor. If you enjoy drinking, it also pairs well with the All you can drink option.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of à la carte dishes, with the menu changing by season.

It also has a full lineup of robatayaki (fireside-grilled) dishes made with seafood. The fragrantly grilled "Ohotate Kushi" is said to really bring out the flavor of scallops and be very satisfying to eat.

明日もはれ

The food and drinks are high quality, and the experience is more satisfying than a typical izakaya. The All you can eat oden (Japanese hot pot with simmered ingredients) setup is interesting! You can naturally enjoy an “extra serving loop” at your own pace and according to your appetite. The lively space draws a wide range of guests, so you can have a good time no matter who you go with.

サク飲みマン

Aside from oden (Japanese hot pot dish), the restaurant requires each person to order one other dish, so we ordered the "ginsake (coho salmon) with ikura (salmon roe) and grated daikon radish" and the "grilled hotate (scallop) with butter." The pop of the ikura and the flaky salmon came together perfectly with the grated daikon radish. The hotate was nicely browned, full of flavor, and went great with drinks.
