・10-piece grilled skewer set
Each skewer came with two pieces, but don't underestimate them the cuts were thick and juicy, with great salt seasoning and a sauce that didn't get in the way of the ingredients. The no-zucchini (wild zucchini) was juicy inside too, and the ginnan (ginkgo nuts) were not soft inside but had a nice crisp bite. From the very first skewer to the extra aka-nasu (red eggplant) and pork belly I added at the end, I was satisfied the whole way through.

They were fully booked, but since I was alone and said I would pay and leave right after eating, they kindly made an exception for me. I had read online that Fukuoka is famous for yasai-maki kushi (vegetable wrapped pork skewers), so I definitely wanted to try it. I ordered a variety of items, and every one of them was delicious.

・Niku temari-zushi (bite-sized meat sushi)
First, the most popular item: niku temari-zushi! The performance of searing it right in front of you with a burner is a real showstopper… The fragrant, nicely browned meat goes perfectly with the vinegared rice! It is topped with uni (sea urchin), ikura (salmon roe), grated daikon radish, and more, so you can enjoy different combinations with each topping!

The signature menu item, the sushi dog, is a popular dish that delights both the eyes and the palate.
The "Takuppuri Ikura" is said to have an excellent harmony of ikura (salmon roe)'s popping texture, sushi rice, and crisp nori (seaweed).

The winter-only tsufunabe (seafood Hot Pot loaded with rich ingredients) comes packed with soft roe, oysters, ankimo (monkfish liver), and plenty of vegetables.
The miso-based soup is said to be full of the good flavor from the ingredients, giving it a gentle taste.

・Sushi dog
There are three kinds of sushi dog: salmon, ikura (salmon roe), and Sea Bream. The toppings were fresh, making this a dish with a fun new feel. The easy to eat size was also nice.

・Umakanai tamago (unrolled egg omelet)
This unusual "umakanai tamago" features a thick dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet with dashi) topped with a big piece of unagi (eel) with a big flourish‼️ The eel is tender and has a refined taste♡

A popular service here is that the cover charge includes All you can eat oden (Japanese stew).
The oden comes with about 9 kinds of ingredients, including daikon radish, konnyaku (yam cake), and nerimono (processed fish paste products). It has a gentle seasoning and is said to go perfectly with drinks.

Robatayaki (fireside grilling) focuses on seasonal seafood, with meat and vegetable dishes on the menu as well.
The “ginsake (coho salmon) with ikura (salmon roe) and grated daikon radish” is a dish where you can enjoy the harmony of softly grilled ginsake, grated daikon radish, and ikura.

・The otoshi appetizer comes with All you can eat oden
Their signature offering is, above all, the All you can eat oden. There are 9 kinds to choose from, ranging from classics like daikon radish, eggs, and konnyaku (yam cake) to a few unusual picks like shumai and octopus legs, which is a nice touch since you can choose whatever you like. The atsuage (deep-fried tofu) is nicely fragrant, and the daikon radish, soaked with plenty of dashi, has a gentle flavor that softly falls apart in your mouth.

Oden (Japanese hot pot items) is also All you can eat, and it goes great with robatayaki (fireside grilling)! It is close to the station, so it is perfect for after work or drinks with friends. There are also Private room and sofa seats, so you can relax and enjoy your time. Today, I was very satisfied with the tasty food and lively atmosphere.

The food also gets good reviews for its wide range of options to suit different tastes, including menus made with seasonal ingredients, washoku (Japanese cuisine), and Kankoku ryori (Korean cuisine).
The sashimi is cut into fairly large pieces, making it satisfyingly filling, and it is also said to be extremely fresh and tasty.

The "Hakata motsu-nabe (Hakata offal Hot Pot)" is said to be tasty, with motsu and vegetables that go well with the gentle soy sauce based flavor.
For an extra charge, they also recommend finishing the meal with zosui (rice porridge) or udon in the soup, where all the good flavor has melted out.

It’s super cheap but really tasty, and the restaurant is incredibly clean! The staff were also very nice, and it made me want to come back! It’s a place where almost everything is 300円, so for 2 or 3 people, it’s best to order lots of different dishes, about one plate of each, and try a variety. For 4 people, about 2 plates of each feels like a good rule of thumb.

The seats are spacious, and the partitions are tall, so you can relax and talk without other groups coming into view (surprisingly quiet for such a large place). We ordered a variety of dishes, including motsu-nabe (offal Hot Pot), yamaimo (Japanese mountain yam) Teppan-yaki, pork kimchi with onsen tamago (soft-cooked egg) Teppan-yaki, momo-niku (chicken thigh) gochi-yaki, and otsumami chashu (snack-style braised pork), and everything was delicious❗
