They offer a wide lineup of Special Wagyu and game meats you can only eat here.

The photo shows the signature “Special 10-item assortment.” It is an assortment of popular meats including Premium Wagyu, duck, venison, wild boar, muscle kangaroo, and Special sausages. It is one dish that keeps many people coming back.

The photo shows Sekai no Hitsuji Tabe Kurabe, a popular dish that lets you compare some of the world's leading branded lamb varieties.

People also like it because they can enjoy the differences in aroma, taste, texture, and color, and because it is rich in vitamins.

The game meats are "venison," "inoshishi (wild boar)," and "kangaroo." Other than beef, the assortment also includes "kamo (duck)." First of all, you have to start with the three kinds of game meat. I began with "muscle kangaroo," which I had hardly ever tried before. True to the name "muscle," it was perfect lean red meat with not a bit of fat.

Since the entrance goes down into the basement, it took a little courage to go in, but I’m glad I did! They had a wide range of unusual jibie (game meat). For now, I ordered the house specialty, the 10-item assortment. It was my first time trying kangaroo, and I really enjoyed its rich game-like aroma. They also had many unusual drinks, and I could order while getting advice from the staff.

The "Special Omakase Course" is packed with the restaurant's recommended dishes. It starts with a house-made kimchi assortment, followed by assorted varieties of meat and cold noodles.

The photo shows the "Horumon assortment." It is cut into large pieces with a nice bite, and some reviews say the Horumon had no off notes.

SSKH

All the meat is delicious. The thin sliced tongue had a satisfying bite and tasted great. The tongue sashimi was also delicious. It had no off notes at all, and I recommend eating it with salt. This is a place that will make you want to come back. I forgot to take a photo, but the Horumon mix is a must order!

As expected, every cut of meat was delicious! The recommended Outside skirt for the day was sweet and tender too. Nothing even needs to be said about the Chateaubriand. The quality of the meat is top notch. The staff also explained everything carefully, and I was happy they served us with a smile. Next time, I’ll open a bottle of wine and come back to enjoy a relaxed meal!

Other cuts of Kobe beef were also great, and the Strip loin in particular had juices that filled my mouth with the first bite after grilling, with a tenderness and juiciness so amazing it went down my throat almost like soup, making it an unforgettable delicious experience. 裕 ネコ♂ファースト

The grilled items are just as solid, and the thick-cut Premium tongue is juicy at a “violently thick” level. As you move on through kurimi (a lean cut), Chuck tender, and kalbi (short rib), each one clearly shows its own character, from the aroma of the lean meat to the clean finish of the fat and the rich flavor that comes out as you chew, making the meal more exciting with every bite. Even the finishing dishes are high level, and the stone pot bibimbap comes piping hot with chunky pieces of meat throughout.

The interior is a calm and stylish space with tile tables and wooden decor. It has comfortable sofa seating where you can relax, as well as pleasant Semi-private room tatami seating. The good food and warm hospitality come through in the service. The Top blade and bibimbap were the best I’ve ever had, and I’d love to come back for a full meal.

日本人の皮を被ったアメリカ人

They offer a wide range of luxurious dishes that pair fresh, high quality meat with seafood, such as uniku (sea urchin and meat) and nikura (meat and salmon roe). The dishes are original and one of a kind, but never gimmicky, with each item taking a classic straight up approach that lets the ingredients speak for themselves. I liked it so much that I went two days in a row, and without even eating much in the way of so called Yakiniku, I still left Manzoku.

One of the best parts is that you can enjoy different seasonings to match the meat, such as soy-based sauce, rock salt, yuzu kosho (yuzu pepper paste), and grated daikon ponzu.

The "Beef Tongue assortment" in the photo is a luxurious assortment that lets you taste everything from the tender base of the tongue to the crunchy tip, and they recommend eating it with wasabi.

The restaurant gives off an easy to enter vibe, and many people come on their own. After fully enjoying your favorite cuts, you can also order extra fresh marushin (part of the round) that has just been placed in the case. The meat itself is tender and easy to eat! It has only light marbling, so it does not feel greasy. The meat is also served quickly, so this place is recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy Yakiniku without a long wait❤️

I visited for a drinking party. We ordered various items A la carte, mainly set dishes. The 3-kind assortment of special cuts and the tongue assortment were especially delicious. We also ordered various other items, including wakatama soup and drinks. Different condiments came with different dishes, so it was easy to switch up the flavors and enjoy the meal without getting bored. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

The "A5 Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) Yakiniku All you can eat Course 90 min" is an all you can eat plan with 35 items. It is well liked for its texture that seems to melt on your tongue from the very first bite.

The course starts with three kinds of meat: loin, kalbi, and lean meat. After that, you can freely choose from the menu on a tablet and place your order.

It also gets good reviews for having Horumon, vegetables, curry, and soup on the All you can eat menu.

I enjoyed sukiyaki (Japanese hot pot with beef and vegetables in sweet soy broth) that was simple yet full of deep flavor. The meat was tender, and the sweetness and savory taste of the sauce blended perfectly, making me want to keep eating. The vegetables and tofu were also simmered just right, giving the whole meal a great balance. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, so you can take your time and enjoy the food.

A restaurant with good value All you can eat Yakiniku! About 70% of customers order the All you can eat option. This time I ordered A la carte, but every cut of meat was tender and tasty. The interior is small, but it was packed with customers! The staff seemed cool, but the manager gave a kind impression.

This restaurant lets you enjoy luxurious Kobe beef. The meat is very tender, with just the right amount of marbled fat, and its melt-in-your-mouth texture is part of the appeal. They are also particular about how it is grilled, giving it a juicy and fragrant finish.

The Strip loin has clean, light fat and an irresistibly melt-in-your-mouth texture❗️As expected‼️Since it was an awkward mid-afternoon snack time, I wanted to add one more plate and ordered the classic kalbi (Korean-style short rib). This was great too❗️Not quite at the level of the Strip loin, but at this price, this taste would still work even for business dining. Kobe is incredible...

They also have jar-marinated Outside skirt with sauce and aburi-zushi (seared sushi), so both the presentation and the performance are fun to enjoy. For Japanese sake, they offer junmai ginjo (pure rice ginjo), and the wine by the glass is also well chosen and tasty, making the alcohol go down easily with the meat. The interior is very clean and beautiful, with both Private room and counter seating, and it is a place where you can enjoy Yakiniku in an elegant setting!

They use only female branded wagyu (Japanese brand-name beef) here, and every cut was tender and very good. You can enjoy it with the house special sauce, soy sauce, salt, or lemon. They said, "Be sure to have the Chateaubriand with wasabi soy sauce," so I tried it as recommended. The staff were polite, the restaurant was clean, and I have nothing but praise for this place.
