Ushigoro is located along Namiki-dori (Namiki Street) in Ginza. The atmosphere inside is nice, and the staff grills each slice to just the right doneness, so you can relax and enjoy. I got to try many different cuts of meat, and they were all very good. I still wanted a little more, so I also ordered extra niku-zushi (meat sushi) and loin.

We visited this time with a group of 4! Even though we made a last-minute reservation, they handled everything smoothly ^_^ I personally thought the meat sandwich, the sukiyaki, and the sea urchin and meat kamameshi (iron pot rice) To finish were unbelievably good!! ^_^ They properly grilled the meat for us and explained everything, and the course wasn’t too much in terms of quantity, so it was just right. It was so good that I’ll definitely come back again!!

This time, I was shown to a window side seat, and it was really nice together with the evening atmosphere of Ginza (Tokyo's upscale shopping district). The staff took care of the grilling, so there was no risk of overcooking. "Mogami-gyu (Mogami beef)" is said to have a clean taste that is so good you could eat it every day.
One popular menu item, the "Mogami Wagyu Strip loin steak 1 pound," is cut thick and packed with volume! Some reviews also say they love being able to cook it to their preferred doneness.

The side menu is also extensive, with items such as "stone pot bibimbap" and "homemade namul bibimbap."
The "fresh mushroom salad" is said to be a well balanced dish with bacon, Parmigiano cheese, and fresh sliced mushrooms. It is also perfect as a palate cleanser between bites of Yakiniku.

・MOGAMI WAGYU SIRLOIN POUND STEAK
Juices slowly overflow from the lean meat, and rich flavor spreads with every bite. The sweet and spicy gochujang style sauce is rich without feeling heavy, while the rock salt and wasabi each play their part well. It goes perfectly with white rice, and the more you eat, the more satisfying it gets.

スマイルモンキー
On a calm street just steps away from the bustle of Ginza (Tokyo’s upscale shopping district), you can spend the kind of time meat lovers dream about. It was a place I’d recommend for a night when you want to treat yourself, but still enjoy top quality flavors without anything feeling too formal.

About a 3-minute walk from Ginza Station. Ginza Enzo is a Yakiniku restaurant on the 2F of Nishi-Ginza Department Store.
The space stands out for its wall art depicting scenes of Ginza. At the counter seats facing the windows, you can fully enjoy your meal while looking out at the view.

At dinner time, they offer various types of course meals.
This is the "Hana Course" item, "Thick Cut Premium Salted Tongue." The thickly cut tongue is said to be juicy, with more flavor spreading the more you chew.

Enzo's "Kiwami" Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) six-cut assortment is a popular menu item that lets you enjoy tomosankaku (triangle cut), shinshin (top round cap), kamenoko (part of the round), and three kinds of karubi (short rib).
All the meat is fresh, and you can enjoy the differences in flavor and texture. It goes perfectly not only with rice but also as a snack with drinks!

The restaurant is spacious, and each seat is roomy as well, making it a very relaxing space. The quality of the food is also good, and every cut of meat was delicious. Personally, I recommend the leaner cuts.

I ordered the “Kiwami” 4-point assortment and Mountain chain tripe. The 4-point assortment included premium kalbi, premium misuji (top blade), kame no ko (part of the round), and shinshin (part of the round). What made me happy was that it came not only with Yakiniku sauce, but also salt, wasabi, and lemon sauce, so I could enjoy a range of flavors. Personally, I like eating it with salt and wasabi, so I really appreciated that.

I booked the 5 All you can eat 90-minute course. First, assorted varieties available lean cuts and steak come out, and they are really delicious! They go great with beer, and I just kept eating more and more. For side dishes, I ordered rice, daikon radish kimchi, Korean nori seaweed, and wrapping vegetables. It was great wrapped in the vegetables and eaten with salt, and it was also great to shovel the meat in with rice. In short, the only word for it is delicious.

Inside, the lighting is kept slightly dim, and beyond the windows you get a view of the city nightscape. The atmosphere is excellent. And speaking of excellent, the meat is premium kurogemagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu). The meat assortment served first also included rare cuts, and together with the atmosphere it made for a great dinner. Needless to say, the meat was delicious.

Sumibiyaki Shorin is a Yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy top quality meats such as Kobe beef over charcoal grilled Yakiniku.
The restaurant has a Japanese modern interior inspired by the world of the National Treasure Shorin-zu Byobu (Pine Trees Screen). It also has Private rooms for small groups, where you can spend an elegant time away from the noise of the city.

You can enjoy high quality Wagyu such as Kobe beef and Matsusaka beef over charcoal Yakiniku.
This is the “Miyazaki beef standard course” and comes with “Miyazaki beef rare cuts.” Every cut is said to have a good balance of lean meat and marbling, making it highly satisfying.

This is the Miyazaki-gyu (Miyazaki beef) Strip loin yakiniku sukiyaki.
When you dip the thinly sliced Strip loin, cooked to just the right doneness, into beaten egg, you can enjoy the rich umami and sweetness unique to top quality beef, along with its melt-in-your-mouth texture.

The interior was clean, and the staff were very nice as well. I chose the Standard Course, and the amount of meat was just right for someone like me who does not eat much, so I was glad I went with it. I would like to come back again for a Special day. Thank you very much.

Yakiniku at KOMA Ginza left me fully Manzoku again today! Even beyond the food and drinks, the air conditioning and heating are managed perfectly, which makes it feel very comfortable. The polite service is still another nice point. From the dishes besides Yakiniku, like salads and small side plates, to the drinks and even the oshibori (hot or cold hand towel), the temperature control is excellent across the board.

Yakiniku to Kasu Udon Ryu no Su Ginza Nanachome G7 is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected Yamagata gyu (Yamagata beef) Yakiniku and wine.
The refined interior offers spacious counter seats, large table seating, and Semi-private room options.
At dinnertime, you can enjoy 3 types of Omakase courses.
The "Taisho Tan-Zukushi" served as part of the course lets you enjoy 3 kinds of tongue: thinly sliced premium tongue, medium-thick cut premium tongue, and goro-tan (chunky tongue). The fresh meat is said to be juicy, with a crisp bite that keeps you coming back for more.

Of course they serve Yakiniku, but the popular choice To finish after drinks is kasu udon (udon with fried beef small intestine).
The rich soup is said to be packed with the flavor of abura-kasu (deep-fried beef small intestine) that has been slowly fried to remove the fat, and it pairs perfectly with the smooth noodles. The toasty aroma whets your appetite, and the sharp bite of the green onions adds a nice accent!
腹ぺこの乱
Yakiniku and Kasu Udon Ryunosu in Ginza was a place where you could enjoy high quality Wagyu Yakiniku and their specialty kasu udon (udon with fried beef intestines)! The meat was tender and juicy, and the kasu udon had an excellent combination of rich dashi broth and fragrant kasu. You can enjoy a relaxed meal in the calm space, and the service was polite, which made it highly satisfying.

It is affordable and tasty, and it is great that you can order the meat from just 3 slices. There is also a wide selection of rare Horumon cuts, and it is convenient that they stay open late into the night. The staff are polite and made a good impression. The kasu udon to finish is excellent too. The Ginza branch has a calmer and more stylish atmosphere than the Shinjuku branch, so it is also recommended for meals with friends.

“Yakiniku Toraji Ginza 6-chome Ten” is a Yakiniku restaurant located a 4-minute walk from Ginza Station.
With the concept of “a hidden retreat in Ginza,” the interior is a cozy space centered around wood. In addition to counter seating, the restaurant also offers table seating and Sunken kotatsu seating.
They say the restaurant does not stick to specific branded beef, and instead serves the meat that is in the best condition at the time.
The photo shows a Wagyu assortment. The marbled Chuck Eye Roll has fine marbling throughout, and when you take a bite, the juices are said to burst out.
The limited "Diamond cut kalbi" and "Diamond cut Outside skirt" are also said to be very good.
The "Diamond cut Outside skirt" in the photo is a bold dish made with thick-cut Outside skirt scored in a crosshatch pattern. It cooks through easily and is said to turn out tender and juicy.

The calm interior is unusual for a Yakiniku restaurant in that it also has counter seats, and it is also nice that you can order a variety of dishes à la carte! The Outside skirt and short ribs with a well-seasoned sauce, the tongue assortment served with refreshing green onion salt, and the Horumon were all tasty, and I was completely Manzoku.

The meat is delicious too! The service is also good! And the side menu items are tasty as well. It is exciting even in the moment of grilling the thick-cut tongue (they time 30 seconds with a timer). The finishing tantanmen (spicy sesame noodles) is also outstanding. I really like the calm atmosphere, and this was my third visit, but I will definitely come back again‼️
