・Omakase course: roast beef wrapped around grilled eggplant
Starting with the appetizer, the presentation is beautiful, and the roast beef wrapped around grilled eggplant is a dish where the gentle aroma of dashi (Japanese soup stock) is lifted by spicy chili pepper and sansho (Japanese pepper) accents. The moist roast beef pairs wonderfully with the dashi.

・Two kinds of nama-honmaguro (fresh bluefin tuna) tasting comparison
The first thing we had was a luxurious tasting comparison of nama-honmaguro. It featured two cuts, akami (lean tuna) and chutoro (medium fatty tuna), and both were exceptionally fresh. The akami had the rich, full umami that is unique to tuna, with a clean taste. The chutoro had high quality fat that melted in the mouth, with a rich sweetness you could really enjoy.

・Homemade jumbo gyoza (pan-fried dumplings)
I stopped by alone on a weekday evening. It is right near Mita Station, so the access is excellent. The grilled gyoza has a nice balance of the fragrant wrapper and the good flavor of the filling, making it perfect when you want a light bite. I also like that I can enjoy a drink at the quiet counter seats and take my time.

・All you can eat and drink
I visited with friends for a drinking party. It had a lively and bright atmosphere. We ordered the All you can eat course and tried a variety of dishes, mainly gyoza (dumplings), and the taste was consistently good across the board, so we were satisfied. The freshly grilled gyoza were especially piping hot and went great with beer. It was also great value, and I'd like to come back again.
