Food Hormones that supported the 20 years since our founding
The specialty dish that has supported Tekka for 20 years since its founding is ``hormone spicy miso-yaki''. We purchase Shibaura hormones directly from Tokyo's only meat market, Shibaura Meat Market. We are particular about carefully selected materials. The food is slowly grilled over direct charcoal and dressed with traditional spicy miso. Our customers enjoy these with the finest sauce that has been passed down since our founding 20 years ago. Many people say they were impressed by the hormones melting in their mouths.

Our restaurant's specialty dish is "Reba Sashi". We purchase carefully selected livers delivered directly from Shibaura Market, Tokyo's only meat market. Because the liver was ground in the morning, many people were surprised at its lack of texture. It goes perfectly with alcohol. We are proud of this product, which we receive a lot of feedback from people who say that even people who don't like liver will fall in love with it. Please give it a try. (Low temperature cooking)

Because we take extra effort that other restaurants don't do, we are able to offer high-quality Grilled skewer that you can't find anywhere else. All grilling is done over direct charcoal. The aroma of charcoal makes Grilled skewer even more delicious. We have a secret traditional sauce that has been used since our establishment, and the salt is also made using a secret recipe. Please give it a try.
