Hanamigawa Ootomi

Hanamigawa Otomi is a restaurant where you can enjoy excellent yakitori made by carefully breaking down whole Hinai Jidori (Akita brand chicken) from Akita Prefecture.

The calm interior mainly has counter seating, and chatting with the owner is part of the fun. It is also recommended for people who want to dine in a relaxed mood.

The yakitori served in the dinner course features plump Hinai jidori (Hinai chicken), slowly grilled over bincho-tan (high-grade white charcoal), and every skewer is said to be excellent.

The photo shows the "negima," which some reviews even called their favorite. The quality of the meat, the grilling, and the seasoning of the sauce are all said to be just right.

Of course, the chicken is carefully selected, and this restaurant's oyako-don (chicken and egg rice bowl), made with care for the rice and dashi as well, is the perfect menu item To finish a course.

The eggs are cooked to a perfect soft and creamy texture, and it is said to taste irresistible.

おーいし1983

A yakitori restaurant that uses Hinai jidori (Hinai free-range chicken). The interior is stylish. Course meals only. The liver was rich and creamy, the quail egg was medium soft-boiled and creamy, and even the egg on the finishing oyako-don (chicken and egg rice bowl) was creamy. Everything was very delicious. The liver pate had a slightly grainy texture, but it was very good. It was really delicious. It was a great meal.

The To finish oyako-don (chicken and egg rice bowl) was also full of flavor. It includes various cuts of chicken. As mentioned earlier, each one has a different texture, which makes it fun to eat. The egg had such a nice aroma, and the yolk was wonderfully sweet, making this an unforgettable oyako-don.

Kushiyaki no Kyo

Kushiyaki no Kyo is a yakitori restaurant with easy access from Chiba-Chuo Station. You can enjoy yakitori made with Awaodori (Tokushima free-range chicken), sourced directly from a poultry farm.

The vegetables are seasonal and brought in from local producers, which is another nice point, letting you enjoy flavors unique to Chiba.

This restaurant’s yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is notable for being cooked with electricity rather than binchotan (high-grade charcoal). Because it doesn’t pick up a charcoal aroma, you can enjoy the meat’s natural flavor and the taste of the sauce more directly.

The photo shows the restaurant’s original menu item, "Mayaku Reba (addictive liver)," which is said to have amazingly precise cooking.

The nikupiman (raw green pepper topped with meat miso) served as the course otoshi (small appetizer) is a dish of fresh green pepper generously piled with meat miso.

Even though the peppers are raw, they have no bitterness at all, and the rich seasoning of the meat miso is said to pair perfectly with alcohol.

東行晋作

I’ve eaten at all kinds of yakitori places, but Kushiyaki no Kyo has a different atmosphere and a level of good food that sets it apart from other yakitori restaurants, making it the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again once you’ve visited. Even the yakitori names are fun and entertaining. It was a great meal. I’ll be back.

The recommendation is the fluffy tsukune (chicken meatball), and you can choose from teri-mayo, cheese, or tsukimi (raw egg topping) flavors. This time I ordered the tsukimi, and the large, light, and nicely fluffy tsukune paired really well with the raw egg and sauce for a very well-balanced taste!

I ordered sunagimo (gizzard) and liver with salt, and kawa (chicken skin) and momo (thigh) with sauce, but the skin in particular was delicious with a crispy yet chewy texture, and the sauce was not sweet, with a very nice balance.

Even though it is a yakitori restaurant, it also has the nice feel of a cafe, so it works well for both group drinks and dates. Most importantly, the yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is good, and even when the place is fairly crowded, the food does not take long to arrive. Above all, the floor staff are also pleasant, making it a place I would want to visit again.

Wagaya Kashiwa Ten

Located with excellent access from Kashiwa Station in Chiba Prefecture, Waga Ya Kashiwa Ten is an izakaya built around the concept of being a place you'll want to visit every day. You can enjoy great yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made by carefully grilling morning-processed Domestic chicken over charcoal.

The interior has a homey atmosphere, making it perfect when you want to have a lively time with friends.

The photo shows "Maboroshi no Reba (phantom liver)," one of the restaurant's recommended menu items. The soft and creamy textured liver is cooked to just the right doneness, making it a dish that can satisfy even liver lovers.

It comes in two flavors, salt and sauce, and both are said to be great, so ordering both is recommended.

The "Wagaya Nikujaga (home style meat and potato stew)" that many people order is especially popular as one of the tastiest a la carte dishes.

It is said to be so well seasoned that it goes perfectly with rice and makes you keep eating.

This is the best tsukune (chicken meatball skewer) I’ve ever had. The owner is friendly, and even if you go alone, you can have a great time. The otoshi (small appetizer) is always good too. The price range feels just right. I think the balance between the staff and customers is just right, so even first-time visitors can feel very comfortable here. Since that sense of distance is so well balanced, it also feels comfortable for people who want to drink quietly on their own.

The yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is excellent. My top pick was the reba (liver), but every skewer was tasty. The motsuni (offal stew) was also perfect to go with drinks. I ended up staying longer than I planned, and I will definitely come again. It was a great meal.

Japanese sake, seafood, and yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) Private room izakaya Enya Kashiwa Ekimae Ten

Nihonshu to Kaisen to Yakitori Koshitsu Izakaya Enya Kashiwa Ekimae Ten is about a 1-minute walk from the East Exit of Kashiwa Station, making it a convenient spot near the station. This izakaya lets you enjoy fresh seafood and yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) with a wide selection of Japanese sake.

The interior has a Japanese style atmosphere and offers a relaxing space to unwind. It also has fully private rooms, so it is a great choice when you want to treat someone important.

The yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) cooked over charcoal is said to have a wonderful smoky aroma, with the meat's flavor concentrated into every bite. Since it is eaten with just salt, you can taste the ingredients directly.

The photo shows the tsukune (chicken meatball skewer). It is said to be large, with a nice char that adds a savory aroma.

A great dish To finish, "Midoriya grilled soy sauce onigiri".

The onigiri is slowly grilled over time, giving it a perfect finish that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. One bite fills your mouth with the flavor of dashi soy sauce, and it is said to be excellent.

Every dish is carefully prepared, and the yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is especially outstanding. It is crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, and both the tare sauce and salt seasoning are reliably delicious. The tsukune (chicken meatball skewer) and negima (chicken and scallion skewer) are great, and the seasonal limited skewers are also recommended. Even the otoshi (small appetizer) is high quality, making the drinks go down easy.
