If you want to enjoy the restaurant’s carefully crafted specialties, the course menu is recommended. One especially popular option is the "Full Course Menu (Chef's Recommended Steak Cuts)," where you can enjoy Kobe beef and seasonal ingredients.
For the main dish, the "Kobe Beef Rogama Sumiyaki Steak" lets you taste cuts such as Sirloin cap, Tenderloin, and Chateaubriand.

One nice perk is that you get a souvenir to take home. The “Kobe gyu (Kobe beef) katsu sando” features Kobe beef cutlet coated in a rich sauce, and it is known for being not only filling but also juicy and delicious.
Even if you do not dine at the restaurant, you can still get it as Takeout by making a reservation by the day before.

Dependably delicious, this is the place to go for steak! I always order Omakase and ask for what I want to eat. We had Appetizers, caviar, and today we compared Kobe beef Chateaubriand and ichibo (a cut from the rump cap)! Manzoku! And the bread here is also really good. I always end up eating too much、、、、。A place I want to visit regularly.

This time, I made a reservation for the course with Kobe beef top sirloin, Kobe beef sirloin cap, and tankaku-gyu (Japanese Shorthorn beef). I always look forward to the caviar in the Appetizers, and enjoying it with champagne is such a happy moment. The extra fat is rendered off, the cooking is spot on, and it is always delicious. It was a great meal.

Makiyaki Ginza Onodera is a restaurant where you can enjoy wood fired steak based on French cuisine.
The stylish and calm interior is a cozy space with only a dozen or so seats in total, with counter and table seating. Reservations are recommended for both lunch and dinner.

The counter seats are appealing because you can enjoy a high quality meal made with Special ingredients while watching the cooking over a wood fire.
They serve course meals, and everything from the Appetizers to dessert is cooked over wood fire. One of the restaurant's special features is that they use a wood fired oven not only for grilling, but also for steaming.
They offer several types of Omakase courses, and the contents vary depending on what is available that day. Every dish is said to be excellent, with a perfect level of cooking that lets you enjoy the aroma of firewood.

What especially won me over was the akagyu (Japanese brown beef) steak, flame grilled over firewood, which is the main dish of the course. Wrapped in the rich aroma of the firewood, the akagyu filled my mouth with deep flavor the more I chewed. Thanks to the perfect cooking, it was crisp and fragrant on the outside and surprisingly juicy inside, and I was able to fully enjoy the natural richness of the lean meat.

PENTHOUSE GINZA hanare: is a restaurant known for its excellent steaks, cooked with a traditional grilling method that has remained unchanged for 50 years.
Inside, the restaurant has both counter and table seating. It is located on the 3rd floor of a building, about a 12-minute walk from Yurakucho Station.

The main steak served in the course can be chosen from 3 different kinds.

The wine list is carefully selected to pair well with meat, with a focus on bottles from France and the United States. In addition to ordering by the bottle, some wines are also available by the glass, so trying pairings with dishes and any wines that catch your eye is also recommended.
Another popular point is that you can drink rare Kenzo Estate wines.

If you're going to eat steak in Ginza, this is without a doubt the place! You can really taste the full flavor of the meat, and all I can say is that it's absolutely delicious. The doneness was spot on, with a great balance of juiciness and savory aroma. The stylish and calm interior is perfect for dates or a Special meal. The staff were also polite and pleasant, which made the meal even more enjoyable.

Akita Gyu Teppan-yaki Ginza Gomei is a Teppan-yaki restaurant where you can enjoy Akita Gyu (Akita beef) from Akita Prefecture along with seasonal ingredients from Akita.
The interior has an antique style inspired by old folk houses in Akita, creating an elegant atmosphere that guests from Japan and abroad can enjoy. It is located along Sukiya-dori, a 5-minute walk from Yurakucho Station.

It also has Private rooms, but the counter seats are recommended so you can enjoy the real appeal of Teppan-yaki cooking.
The menu offers only an Omakase course made with Special seasonal ingredients. The Akita-gyu (Akita beef) steak is slowly cooked at a low temperature to bring out its natural flavor as much as possible, with the juices locked in as a key feature.
Photograph:shuntokyo
The course lets you enjoy a wide range of dishes, from Appetizers to dessert. The photo shows the "dorayaki (traditional Japanese sweet pancake sandwich with red bean paste)" cooked on a Teppan-yaki grill, which is included in every course.
Dorayaki is a traditional Japanese sweet made with red bean paste sandwiched between two pancake-like cakes. Many reviews highly praised how good it was.
ゆっくり生きたい
It was the best Teppan-yaki I’ve ever had. From start to finish, it was MAX satisfaction, and we added one extra abalone each on the side, but honestly the taste and portion size were so satisfying that it really wasn’t necessary. The Gomei-yaki was especially amazing, cooked at a low temperature to lock in as much of the meat’s flavor as possible without losing any juices, and it made for an incredibly tender, top notch steak.

Honten Yamashina is a Teppan-yaki restaurant where you can enjoy Omi-gyu (Omi beef) from Shiga Prefecture, known as one of the finest kinds of Wagyu.
Located inside GINZA PLACE, directly connected to Ginza Station, it is about a 10-minute walk from Yurakucho Station. The Japanese modern interior has counter seats with views over the streets of Ginza and Private room seating.

One of the highlights is that every seat lets you enjoy your meal while watching the chef skillfully cook on the Teppan-yaki grill right in front of you.
The jukusei Omi-gyu (fully matured Omi beef), raised over a long period, is known for its rich aroma and deep flavor. They serve steak cooked to the best doneness based on the condition of the meat and the cut of the day.
Photograph:ぴーひか
The restaurant is said to be popular for its full course offerings, with plenty of options that let you enjoy a wide range of dishes at both lunch and dinner.
The photo shows the restaurant’s signature Yamashina Wagyu Slider, which is included in most courses. This popular mini hamburger features a small, thick bun with a thick and juicy patty inside.
たんぽぽ日記
I had been wondering what a Yamashina Slider was, but it turned out to be a mini hamburger with two patties and cheese. It may be mini, but it has enough volume that you need to open your mouth wide or it will fall apart. The Omi gyu (Omi beef) steak is great, just as expected. They grill the lean cut and the fatty cut separately, and it’s nice to be able to eat them fresh off the grill.

さすらいのギャングスター
First of all, the sliders were cute and tasty. The quality of the steak was also excellent, and because there were no off notes from the meat at all, they do not flambé it so guests can simply enjoy the meat’s natural flavor and aroma. I felt this was the clearest sign of their confidence in the quality of the meat.

As you chew the meat in your mouth, all the fat melts away, and it was so good that it almost felt like the meat itself was melting. It was tender enough even for people who do not like tougher meat, and the fat also sat well without feeling heavy, which made it really tasty.

A Kobe beef steak restaurant in Ginza. The steaks are grilled in a rogama (hearth kiln), not Teppan-yaki. The flavor is different from Teppan-yaki steak. The meat is fairly lean and easy to bite through, but you can still really taste the sweetness of the fat. The atmosphere is formal, and the service is relaxed

The Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) Strip loin was perfectly cooked even with the doneness left to Omakase. Paired with truffle soy sauce, clear soy sauce, salt, and wasabi, it felt luxurious to enjoy completely different sides of the same meat! The garlic rice scented with shiso (perilla) had chunky pieces of meat and was satisfying, yet it never felt heavy, so I enjoyed it all the way to the end.
Source:citadelle100's review
The Strip loin steak burger is small, but packed with rich meat flavor. The hotaru-ika (firefly squid) namero is a perfect match for the lemon sour I ordered here. The anago (conger eel) Teppan-yaki comes with cheese, which gives it a bit of a fresh twist. The awabi (abalone) is served simply with lemon, and the liver is insanely good. The main dish, Kagoshima-produced Strip loin, comes with truffle soy sauce and white soy sauce, and it was cooked spot on.

Appetizers start with roast beef and sautéed Sea Bream, followed by salad, and then the main meat dish. The fat of the kuroge wagyu (Japanese Black Wagyu) is great, but the real draw is the rich flavor and fun of biting into aged meat, along with the savory aroma from being sautéed on the teppan-yaki iron plate, the aged meat aroma, and the tasty lean meat you can really sink your teeth into.

There are also Private rooms where you can enjoy your meal in private, but the counter seats where you can enjoy Teppan-yaki with all five senses are popular because the aromas and sounds make it even more appetizing.
They serve course meals for both lunch and dinner. If you want to enjoy steak casually, lunchtime is recommended.

For each dish, they gave detailed explanations of the ingredients and seasonings, and I could really feel how much care they put into everything♪Not only was the food great, but the restaurant also had a calm, hideaway-like atmosphere, so I had a really good time✨The steak is incredibly delicious♪

Both the service and the food were flawless, and everything was very good. The lineup was also very luxurious, with steak, awabi (abalone), and Ise ebi (spiny lobster). There are not many places that make me want to go back, but this is one I would definitely visit again.

They serve course meals that value Japanese ingredients, culture, and tradition, centered on Saga beef.
The Saga beef combines the best of charcoal grilling and low temperature cooking, giving it a fragrant seared outside and a moist, juicy inside. It is said to be an excellent dish that pairs perfectly with wine.

They offer several kinds of courses. Every course is said to feature dishes from Appetizers to dessert that show care not only in flavor but also in presentation.
The contents change depending on seasonal availability and what they can source, but the photo shows one example of the Appetizers, with a beautiful presentation that whets the appetite.

The course consisted of amuse-bouche, a lidded dish, Cold Appetizers, steak, grilled dish, and dessert. Every single dish was delicious, and it was a meal that really showed the high level of the restaurant. I also appreciated how carefully they explained each dish. I also tried the drink pairing, and they chose a drink for each plate, which made it a really fun and tasty time.

And the main dish is Top sirloin steak! It is hard to tell from the photo, but it is quite a generous portion ww The aroma of charcoal is nice and toasty, and more than anything, the meat has a strong rich flavor. It is the kind of steak you want to keep chewing forever. It was juicy and really delicious ^_^

This time, I went with the All you can drink & All you can eat meat course, and among everything, I especially loved the watermelon gazpacho. As for the meat, I had underestimated it because it was all you can eat, but it was much better than I expected and so tasty that I ordered two extra rounds. The chef and the other staff also provided great service. It was also very good value, so I will definitely go back to eat there again.

I got to eat plenty of meat from many different cuts, and even after the course ended, there was All you can eat meat, so I could eat to my fill. Everything was delicious, and not just the meat, the kisu (Japanese whiting) mousse sauté served at the start of the course was also plump and tasty. I used it for a business dinner, and the atmosphere was nice and easy to use.

The steak in each course can be chosen from options such as A4-rank Kuroge Wagyu (Japanese Black beef) Strip loin, filet, and Kobe beef sirloin. Even within the same course, the price varies depending on the cut and weight.
You can really enjoy the meat’s natural sweetness, and the plating is stylish too. It also comes with a range of sauces to enjoy.
ミヤもん
Everything was very delicious. The beef shigure-ni (beef simmered in sweet soy sauce), sashimi, the second fish dish with salsa sauce, the Strip loin steak, and the garlic rice all tasted great, and while I thought it would be a luxurious lunch, it felt even more special than the price suggested.

Ginza Teppan-yaki ORCA is located on the 6th floor of the Ginza Ko Building, about a 6-minute walk from Yurakucho Station.
This restaurant is known as a place where you can casually enjoy authentic Teppan-yaki made with Special ingredients. It is a small but popular spot with only a little over a dozen seats, so it is better to make a reservation before visiting.

They also have Private rooms, but if you want to experience the powerful performance of authentic Japanese Teppan-yaki up close, the counter seats are recommended.
The "Sendai gyu (Sendai beef) Strip loin steak" lets you enjoy the sight of flames rising during the flambé. The sweet richness of the marbling pairs perfectly with wasabi and rock salt, they say.

The restaurant mainly offers set courses. One nice point is that every course lets you enjoy Sendai gyu (Sendai beef) Strip loin steak.
The course that also includes the “Teppan-yaki lobster” shown in the photo is a great pick to remember your trip. You can enjoy the whole live experience, starting from the moment they take it out of the fish tank.
食べ歩き0410
The course starts with Appetizers and is a pretty indulgent lineup, with Sendai gyu (Sendai beef) steak, omar ebi (lobster), and dessert. At the counter, the chef explains each dish one by one, which deepened our enjoyment and understanding of the ingredients. The shrimp is taken straight from the fish tank and cooked on the spot, so the freshness is as good as it gets.

I had the course meal, and from the Appetizers to the steak, shrimp, and garlic rice, everything was really delicious! The Sendai-gyu (Sendai beef) steak was very tender, and the rich flavor of the meat spread the moment it hit my mouth. I was impressed!
