2023年6月5日（月）昼食（2）。京都府日帰り出張で。
11時58分に四条大宮を出発。午後の仕事の訪問先の京丹波町に向かった。沓掛インターから京都縦貫道に乗って京丹波みずほインターで下りる。亀岡市から北は僕は初めて。以前に福知山市に来た時には兵庫県の豊岡市から入ったので。
少し時間があったので、もう1店寄って行くことにした。昨夜検索して見付けた、閉校になった小学校を利用しているというカフェ。12時50分に到着した。
この地域は平成の大合併までは瑞穂町で、昭和20年代までは質美村だったところ。1960年に建てられて2011年に閉校となった質美小学校が質美笑楽講という施設になっていて、その目玉として出店しているカフェ。釜焼きピッツァと生パスタが売りのようだ。マルゲリータ（1600円）を注文した。
やがて出てきたマルゲリータ。生地は厚くてふかふか。ちょっと野暮ったい感じはするものの嫌いではない。チーズがたっぷりと載っている。チーズの味も良い。トマトソースも味が濃い。なかなかおいしかった。シェフは元パン職人という記事をあとで読んで、それであの生地なのだなと思った。会計は消費税が足されて1760円だった。
僕は学校は小学校も中学校も高校も鉄筋コンクリートだった。木造の小学校の校舎には懐かしさを通り越した先の感覚を呼び起こされた。そうそう、高校3年の夏合宿で使ったグラウンドが猿ヶ京の小学校だか中学校だかのグラウンドだったのだが、その夏を思い出した。
13時21分出発。13時36分、京丹波町内の午後の仕事の訪問先に到着。仕事が終わって、少し時間があったので、ひとっ風呂浴びて行くことにした。南丹市のスプリングひよしという道の駅にあるひよし温泉というところに行ってみた。15時30分出発。府道80号線と府道50号線で15時45分到着。日吉ダムにほど近い立派な道の駅。
料金は800円。今日は男湯は陽の湯。温泉は露天風呂だけみたいだった。ナトリウム－塩化物温泉（低張性アルカリ性低温泉）。加熱しているとのこと。湯は透明で、海水を薄めたような甘味があり、若干とろみがある。まあまあだった。16時30分出発。
