鉄板の上で音を立てているのは餃子？…いや、チャーシューやん！
城陽市でのライブ帰り「食べログ検索」で見つけた「あまのじゃく」さんへ。牛カツサンドなどでお馴染み「京都勝牛」と同じ会社が経営されておられるのだとか。
お店向かいの立体コインパーキング（提携）に車を停める際、先に「駐車証明」を発行してからお店に入ると二度手間にならず便利！
来店の際に人数確認と同時、餃子だけ先にオーダー取って焼き始めるという斬新なサービス。外のベンチで少し待った後、案内されたカウンター席へ。

オーダーを聞いた直後から提供直前まで鉄板で焼くチャーシュー。厚み有りつつもホロっと崩れるとろとろの口当たりが絶妙！「とんこつ醤油」は臭みの抑えたやや濃口。それに比べると嫁さんオーダーの「とんこつ塩」は若干円やかな口当たり。ん〜こちらの方が好きだったかも。どちらも細い縮れ麺と相性良い！
餃子は絶妙な焼き加減でパリっとした口当たり。
何れの品も丁寧に作られているし、接客も若い店員さん達が細かい気配りがきいていて、サービスも独創的で面白いお店！
