今回京都行きは仕事絡みではあったけど
わざと週末でなく平日狙い
食い目標は3軒あってその2軒め
ほんの2.3週前くらいなのに
思い出してもホント暑い日だった
個人的に思い出が錯綜する地、山科
まいいか
こちらのお店はYouTubeで知った
なんとなく京都ラーメン原点、山科、
といえば夜鳴きやのほうが浮かぶけども
(どちらが古いとか知りません)
こちらも相当歴史が感じられる
お昼の1時過ぎとかには売り切れる時も
あるらしい中華そば、と聞いてます
というわけで開店のちょっとに入店
もうほどほどにお客さんがいてはる
(ちょっと京都弁)
自分より先に注文した初老の
「かた麺で」
が聞こえて、ならってかた麺注文
これ正解だった
よく言われる昔ながらの中華そばは
細めのストレート(京都みんなストレート)
の麺は個人的にはかた麺のいい歯応え
醤油だけど甘みのほうでなく
塩味が立つタイプ
コショウは最初からかけられてて
本当に屋台であった中華そばという感じ
自分がお店を出るまでのあいだ
確かに半分くらいの注文は中華そば
すごいなあ
すごい中華そば、、じゃない
でもこのお店すごいなあ
忘れられない忘れたくない味なんでしょう
