本日、お目当ての店が昼は臨時休業となっており、急きょ検索してこちらに伺いました。
ラーメン屋だけではなく、他の仕事もされてる？ような面白い建物です・・。
さてさて、
はじめての訪問ですので、基本の『弁慶ラーメン』とライスを注文。
しばらくして来ました。
お～ビジュアル的には背油が大量に投下されて、見た目からかなり濃厚そうですね～(笑)
麺は中細位、スープが程よく絡みますが、若干負けてる感はあります。
スープは豚骨醤油ですが、背油のお陰でしょうか？見た目ほど、攻撃的な味ではなく円やか。
途中、サービストッピングの辛し味噌を混ぜて○
濃厚スープに白飯はベストマッチですね♪
無料キムチも辛さ控えめで、いい箸休めになります。
チャーシュー、メンマ、ネギと至ってシンプルながら、背油が主役のラーメンだと思いました。
あ～寒い冬はやっぱラーメンだわ♪
独自目線☆駐車場は、かなり広々
店内もフラットで通路も広く、固定の椅子でない為、車椅子でも入店可能だと思われます。
トイレは奥に男女別に・・ウォシュレット完備です。
