伏見大手筋商店界隈なら「石勢」と言う評判を聞き、
伏見酒蔵巡りの帰りに立ち寄った。
まだ日が暮れきれていない時間であったが、カウン
ター席は既に鈴なりのお客、座敷も7割がたは埋っ
ていた。ほぼ満席の状況。盛況である。
何とか小さなテーブルの座敷に通して貰えた。
3,000円・5,000円・7,000円のコース料理も設定され
ていたが、1品メニューも充実しており、今回は1品づ
つ頼む事にした。1品は700～1,000円くらいの値段
が付いているものが多い。思ったほど高くない。
割烹と居酒屋の中間と言った感じのお店だ。入った
瞬間に気に入った。
酒蔵帰りであったが、このお店では焼酎を頼んだ。
ボトルキープ（6ヶ月）も出来るというので、それにした。
既に贔屓にしようと思っていた。
冷たい茶碗蒸し（735円）、鱧入り土瓶蒸し（890円）、
お造り3種盛（1,050円）を先ずは頼んだ。
量も丁度良い、味も悪くない、どれも人手間の仕事が
されている。価格も値ごろ感があり、兎に角バランス
が良い。
価格、安くなり過ぎず、高くもない。量、多過ぎず、少
な過ぎず。料理、家庭的になり過ぎない、しっかりし
た創作和食。どれも絶妙な均衡を計っている。
お造りは3種盛とメニューに記載されていた。運ばれ
て来たのは4種盛だった。2人だったので、3種3切れ
だと割り切れない、4種2切れに調整してくれたのでは
ないかと、勝手に解釈する。
また、この時期に土瓶蒸しが頂けたのも嬉しかった。
土瓶の鱧が素晴らしく美味しかった。松茸も小ぶりな
がらしっかりと存在感を示している。やっぱり旨い。
その他、湯葉グラタン雲丹のせ、ポテサラなども追加
で頂いた。どの料理も合格点。突出したクオリティー
を感じるほどではなのだが、全てに納得させられる。
値ごろな価格設定で高級感ある和の料理が頂ける。
品揃えや内容にも絶妙感を憶える。
割烹よりは気軽に使えて、居酒屋見たいに軽くも無く、
絶妙なポジショニングを見せる貴重なお店、伏見のお
気に入りとなった。
キープしようと思った焼酎、最後の1滴まで飲み切った。
既にボトルには名前を書いてしまっていた。（笑）
