きょうのお昼ご飯は手打ち蕎麦。
京都、亀岡から道幅の狭い山道をくるくる。
山深い山里にあるお蕎麦屋さん「越畑フレンドパーク まつばら」。
お蕎麦にデザートにと柚子のぷらまんじぇをいただきます。
休日とあってかお蕎麦が出てくるまで20分程度待ちます。
細切りの少ししっかりしたお蕎麦は十割蕎麦だそう。
出汁は甘すぎずちょうどいい感じです。
並盛りのお蕎麦でも十分なボリュームです。
人気のお蕎麦屋さんとあって休日のお昼時には長時間の待ちを覚悟しないとですね。
