火曜日の12:30に北山の『かつ善』へ。
先客2組。
北山の閑静な街並みに自然に溶け込んだお店です。
セットバックした入口は日本的なファサード。
カウンターに通されましたが、立派な一枚板のカウンター。
窓から主人がとんかつを揚げているのが見えます。
残念ながら「Aランチ(ロース100g)」は既に売り切れでしたので、「Bランチ(ひれ3枚＋きす1枚)(1,200円)」をオーダー。
7分後到着。
見事な定食。
きす(鱚)をタルタルソースに付けて一口。美味い。
粗めのパン粉がサクサクで、きすはフワフワに仕上がってます。
かつ用ソースに付けても美味い。
たっぷり付けても全然辛過ぎることなく、絶妙なバランスの味がするソースです。
ひれかつを一口。美味い。
こちらも粗めのパン粉に覆われた肉質の良いひれ肉が美味い。
衣と一緒にサクッと噛み切れる肉の柔らかさが最高です。
ソースを付けて食べるとごはんが止まりません。
ごはんはおかわり自由と嬉しいサービス。
赤だしも美味しい。
こちらのとんかつを食べて、改めてとんかつ店が10店舗あると10通りの味があるのだと実感しました。
