京都のしょうざんリゾートの敷地にある京懐石料理屋さん。
こちらのおせちを取り寄せていただきました。
いただいたのはしょうざん 冷蔵おせち料理「鷹ヶ峰」一段で、１段のお重で手軽におせち料理が味わえるように、海老・蒲鉾・きんとん・黒豆などのおせちの定番料理に加えて、鰆柚庵焼・赤魚西京焼・小鯛ひしお焼の3種の焼魚やあわびなどの様々な魚介料理や煮物を盛り込みました。少人数でのお祝いに膳に便利なおせちです。
3人でいただきましたが結構ボリュームあり。魚介が結構多めな印象。そこまで濃すぎずいい塩梅の味付けでした。
