グルテンフリーDIETをしている友人となので
麺類、といえば お蕎麦になります。
肌寒くなってきたので
お蕎麦は 「温」を欲するようになります。
胃の調子が良くないので
いつもなら
天ぷらそばですが
あっさり系にしよう、と
・にしんそば 800円
にしん、出汁のきいたツユも美味しくて
満足なのですが
お蕎麦自体が
ちょっとイマイチなのが
残念な感じでした。
お蕎麦を変えたら
最高の「にしんそば」になるのに、と
惜しい気持ちで いっぱいでした。
