ランチタイムに。
以前ディナーに入った時、美味しいなぁと思った記憶があるコチラ。
ランチメニューは４種類ありますね。
やはりランチプレートが一番人気のようです。
清潔感はありますが、堅苦しくない雰囲気。
接客も適度にフランク。
大きな黒板にはチョークで絵と詩が描かれていました。

バーガー
女性客がほとんどですが、ありました。
マツオントコでヴィーガンバーガーを食べたことがあり
今回は人生２回目のヴィーガンバーガーです。
もちもちとした白い天然酵母パンに
ベジカツとニンジンと千切りのキャベツ。
ヴィジュアルはオシャレで、且つ非常に食感がよく
肉々しさが無い以外は、バーガーとしてのセンスが溢れています。
カツのオイルがもう少ししっかり切られていると嬉しいかもしれない。
小鉢
どれも薄味で優しい味。
とはいえ、ちゃんと美味しいところは流石です。
ケチャップで味付けされたビーンズに
ポテトサラダとグリーンサラダ。
グリーンサラダには薄くスライスしたカブと少し酸味のあるドレッシング。
珈琲
アメリカーノ。
ヴィーガンカフェらしく（？）、軽め。
オーガニックのガテマラを使っているとのこと。
軽い分、ちゃんと香りが飛んできてほしいかな。
ランチ時は基本的に豆乳カフェラテなど頼むと良いかと思います。
せっかくのベジカフェですから。

お値段が税抜き価格なのが気になりました。
そこ以外は満足の行くお店です。
常連になれば、オーナーとも仲良くベジトークが出来そう。
