川端二条にあるお好み焼きの名店『夢屋』
焼きのしっかり入ったお好み焼きは、香ばしく最高の美味しさ。幅広いメニューのお好み焼きが楽しめるお店です。
この日は遅い時間帯に居酒屋の予約もしていたので、軽く食べておこうと5時半と早い時間に立ち寄りました。
頼んだのは、おつまみに「すじ」、お好み焼きは「スーパーゆめやき」、それに「大根サラダ」というラインナップ。
▫️すじ
スジの小間切れをキャベツと炒めてお好みソースを絡めたもの。粉の無い分、つまみとして良い。
これだけで結構飲める。ビールがすぐなくなったので黒霧ロックで。これがトリプルかと思うくらいに量が多くてびっくり。
▫️スーパーゆめやき
牛、豚、イカのミックス広島焼きの「ゆめやき」にジャガイモ、チーズが入ったボリュームのあるお好み焼き。濃厚な旨みで焦げた生地、ソースもうまく、病みつきになる味。
サイズが選べたのでSでお願いしましたが、これでも十分なボリュームでした。
▫️大根サラダ
大根サラダも三、四人前ありそうなボリューム。
小腹を満たすには十分すぎる量でした。
生地に具材を入れない、昔ながらの「べた焼き」、とか、とん平と試したいメニューは色々ありました。次回は試してみたいですね。
