この日は所用で京都へ
知り合いに京都でおすすめなお店を聞いたらこちらを紹介されました。
京都駅からバスで２０分程度でしょうか。
紅葉の季節に近かったのでもっと混雑してるかと思っていましたが渋滞もなく、最寄りのバス停へ到着。
しかし近くに清水寺がありますので、外国人の方を中心に現地は大賑わいで活気がありました。
事前予約しておきましたのですぐに店内へ。
庭が見える雰囲気のいい座敷へ
湯豆腐は２種類。
「お決まり一通り」と「昔どうふ一通り」
両方注文して味比べすることに
一つの土鍋に上下に分かれて出てきました。中央には熱々のお出汁が入っておりそれに浸して頂きます。
お決まりはいわゆる柔らかめの一般的なお豆腐です。
昔豆腐は昔ながらの伝統的な製法で作られたお豆腐とのこと。
かなり固めで大豆の旨味を強烈に感じることが出来、断然こちらが気に入りました。
セットで付いてくるいろいろなお料理もどれも美味しく満足の京都ランチとなりました。
