三条の商店街の一本北側にある小さなカフェへ…。女性のかたが一人で切り盛りされていました。
「カフェラテ」550円（税込）と「有機レモンとポピーシードのケーキ」450円（税込）を注文です。
レモンの下のフロスティは砂糖かなって思ったら、違う。ちょっと酸味のあるクリーム。ビーガンケーキなので乳製品じゃないよね、なんだろう？ラフな食感のケーキ、意外と好きです。
先客のかたといろいろおしゃべりしてるのを聞いていたら、とても浅煎りにこだわりがあるよう…。私は浅煎り苦手と思ってるけど、もしかしたら、その意識変えられるかも？と、ちょっと思って、またこっち方面きたときは、浅煎りを飲みに来てみようかなって気もちになりました。
