Our store also offers fresh raw products made from domestic beef. Among them, the recommended one is Hatsuzashi! A light taste with little flavor. It has a soft texture and almost no odor, making it popular among men and women of all ages. Add mustard paste and garlic to your taste in our homemade soy sauce and enjoy! We Other recommend senmai, which has a unique crunchy texture. If you like horse meat, try the cherry meat delivered directly from Kumamoto! Please enjoy it with alcohol.

We offer a variety of essential drinks to accompany your meals! We have a diverse lineup including shochu, beer, mezcal, and sours. I am especially particular about whisky! We purchase a variety of domestically produced whiskies, including Sakurao, which has a sweet, fruity aroma, and barrel-aged Mellow Kozuru. We also recommend the sake-based Japanese gin “Matsubo Gin” that has the gentle sweetness of rice! It's so rare that you can only drink it at our restaurant in Kyoto.

If you come to our store, you should definitely try it! This is a potato salad that I recommend with confidence. Potato salad with boiled egg is a standard at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but ours is a little different. The secret is the ``Omi beef Croquette'' that are very popular at our sister restaurant, Sakaba Ebisu! I chopped up these Croquette and added them to a salad to create a crunchy texture. Once you eat it, you will become addicted to it. This is a must-try item. We look forward to serving you with Other delicious dishes prepared with our own ingenuity.
