僕ら怪しいカレー探検隊（仮称）
が今回探検したのは
インド食堂TADKA（タルカ）さん
営業時間を確認しないで11時45に到着したら
なんと12時開店！
ポールで店先の椅子で待つ!
開店が近くなるとご近所マダムが後ろに5名並ぶ
開店し店内に入ると先ずはオーダー&会計です!
決めていたのでノンベジミールス1150円
（"ノン"はチキンかマトンが選べる）
ワンプレートで登場!
パパドがドンと鎮座！
カレーはベジ二点一つは
トマト入りで強めの酸味あり
粘度は無くスープの様だな！
もう一つは大根入り
やはりスープの様だ
スパイス感が前に出ているが
やはり酸味は有る
おっさん詳しくないが
南インド風なのかな？
基本的にアッサリ+酸味だな！
かなりパラパラなインディカ米
と頂くと酸味も緩和されて美味い!
パリッとしたパパドを
細かくして
チャトニ アチャールを
ライスに混ぜるとまた美味さアップグレード!
チキンカレーは
一転、鶏のコクを感じスパイス感もナカナカで
これもウマし！！
辛さはそれ程でも無いが
食べ終わると汗がじんわりとくる！
心地よい発汗だな～！
食べ終わると満席で7割は女性客だね。
カレーにはそれほど詳しくはないが
基本的に日本にすり寄らずそこそこの南インド感があり
美味いカレーだね～！
