◎豆乳味噌おでん
→豆乳のスープが濃厚で美味しかったです
→おでんの具材は普通ですがスープが美味しくて、
総合的に美味しくいただきました。
⭐︎練り物
→3色団子の様な練り物で1つで2本ついてきます
→普通の練り物ですが柚子胡椒と合わせると美味しい！
⭐︎卵
→こちらも普通の卵ですが豆乳スープとの相性がよく美味しかったです。
◎生麩の2色味噌
→3種類の生麩に味噌が2種類でいただきます
→モチモチの生麩で美味しいし、東京ではあまり生麩を食べる機会がないので嬉しかったです！
◎生湯葉の天麩羅
→これが1番美味しかったです！
→サクサクの衣に中の湯葉がトロトロで滑らかな食感が口いっぱいに広がります
→抹茶塩との相性もよく味変にぴったり
