彼氏に連れられて来店。
昭和モチーフが好きなので雰囲気は文句なしでした。古い看板や、昔の映画のポスターなどが壁一面にありました。たまらん。
お通しで肉じゃが？みたいなものがおつゆと一緒に出されました(結構量多かったです)。野菜に出汁が染みてて美味しかったです。
豆腐料理が美味しいと聞いたので揚出し豆富を注文。私の知っている揚げ出し豆腐は、お皿の上に豆腐があって、上に餡掛けのようなものやネギが乗っているというものだったのですが
実際に出てきたのはお椀にいっぱいのおつゆとそこに3個ほど豆腐が浸かっているというものでした。
想像していたものとのギャップに驚きつつ一口食べると、美味しくてびっくり。正直、料理全般において味の期待はしていなかったのですが、この揚出し豆富はずば抜けて美味しかったです。まず出汁が濃過ぎず薄過ぎずちょうどよくて、あっさりとした優しい味になっていました。そして豆富は程よく柔らかくて美味しかったです。体も温まりました。
このお店に来たら揚出し豆富だけは食べて欲しいです。ほんとに美味しい。
