鮨みつ川の姉妹店 |
北陸新幹線金沢駅の商業施設、百番街の中にある廻らないお寿司屋さんです。
（2023年10月10日訪問）
6年ぶりの金沢訪問。
出発前から「お昼はここで食べよう！」と決めていました。
11時5分頃現地到着。
先客は3名。
「みつ川」の店主がリーズナブルに鮨を振る舞うために開いた店舗ですが、廻らない鮨屋なので値段は高い。
握り8巻＋のどぐろ巻で我慢です。
左：真鯛昆布締め 右：真鯛
左：鯖 右：ニジマス
左：イカ 右：（写真もれ）しゃこだったかな？
左：赤身ヅケ 右：ブリ
一番安いものを頼んでいるので若干寂しいラインナップですが、ネタが新鮮かつ、手仕事がしっかりしているので、十分満足できます。
やはり良い店です。
でも頭の中では6年前の記憶と比べてしまうので、もう少しドキドキするネタが欲しかったかな。
物価高には勝てんわ。
