「すし食いねぇ！美味しいよ」と金沢に住む娘が勧めるので訪問しました。
地元での人気店のようでお客さんがいっぱいでしたが、テーブル数も多く回転もかなり良好だったので待ち時間はほんの少しでした。
金沢は湿気が多く蒸し暑い。ビールが美味しく焼酎も日本酒も吸収よく飲みすぎてしまい、食べ物への箸が進まなかった･･･( ﾉД`)ｼｸｼｸ…

北陸厳選盛り合わせのネタの説明がなかったので、「これはなんですか？」と端っこの茶色のネタ指してお尋ねすると「へしこです」と。東京では聞き慣れない名前のへしこは鯖などを熟成し発酵させた食品らしい。アンチョビのようなしょっぱい味で酒の肴に合うお味でした。
わさび巻は鼻にツーンときて中毒性がある巻物だという娘は３皿も食べていました(笑)
金沢にはたくさんの寿司店がありますがたまには大衆寿司もリーズナブルで良いですね。
