六甲道にある『梵』さん
ランチに和食が食べたくてお邪魔しました。
お昼は11:30からで開店と同時にお店へ
店内はこじんまりとして右手にカウンター、左手にテーブル席、奥に掘りごたつ式の座敷があります。
その日はご主人と女性1人だけで切り盛りされてました。
お昼はランチメニューのみでワンプレートにのったおかず＋メイン料理(選べます)
この日のメインは
･天ぷらの盛合せ
･鯛の煮付け
待つこと15〜20分⁉くらいかな(ゆっくりめです)

さすがに人気店だけに一品一品手が込んでいて美味しい〜
お造りがプリプリで美味しい
玉子焼きもフワッフワです。
メイン料理の天ぷらはもちろん揚げたてで言うまでもありません。
鯛の煮付けは、めちゃめちゃ大きいかぶと煮でしたよ。甘くてお出汁は濃すぎず良いあんばいです

食べている間にどんどんお客さんが入ってきて、いつの間にか満席に
客層は年配の方が多い気がしました。何だか納得ですね
