平日の14時に到着。
先客1組と1名。
弟子屈の川湯温泉の近く、川湯中学校の向かい側の畑の中にある。
「摩周そば」の赤いのぼりが目印。
建物に近づくと…おお、水車が回ってる！これで蕎麦粉を挽いているようだ。
畑には蕎麦が植えられている。完全にDIYだ(笑
別棟もあり、中学生による蕎麦打ち体験も行っているようだ。
ご夫婦らしいお二人で営業。
テレビではワイドショーが。
メニューは5種類、それと『いなきびごはん』。
迷わず『いなかそば』(800円)を注文。
程なくして登場。
いわゆる「田舎蕎麦」よりは細めで短めのもりそば、お新香とゆでとうきび付き。
コシが強く香り良い、美味い！！！摩周蕎麦は先月札幌の「丞」でも食べたけど、やはり同じ感じですね。
つゆは辛めで濃いめ。
蕎麦湯は白濁、こちらも香り良い！
ゆでとうきびは甘～い！
満足の美味さでした。
また機会があれば『かしわそば』を。
