釧路の夜は魚介類が食べたくてあぶり家さんにお邪魔しました。
重厚な店内でカウンター席からは板前さんの仕事ぶりを見ることができます。
肘置きの付いた座椅子も座り心地がいいけどお料理はイマイチでした。
△タコのやわらか煮 店の雰囲気に合わないフランス料理的な皿と盛り付け ネギで貧相なタコを隠しているかのようでした。柔らかいけど細い足で味付けは濃すぎ。
○青ツブ焼き これは美味しかった。
○アスパラ おいしいいけど高いです。
○ししゃもメス 私は食べませんでしたが道産なら間違いないでしょう。
×本マグロ刺身 5切れで1,680円 これは酷かった。値段も高いがなによりマグロの味がしない。
×活つぶ貝刺身 1個を薄くスライスして880円 つぶ貝のうまみはなく変な臭さが残る
○フライドポテト 美味しかった。
他ビールとレモンサワー計5杯飲んでお会計は10,000円に数十円切れていました。
海の町釧路で美味しい海産物にありつけなかったのは非常に残念でした。
でも店内は地元客で賑わっていましたし私達のメニュー選びが不味かったのか。
