釧路名物炉ばたのお店ですが
ザンギもおススメとのことで行ってみた
カウンターに座れば炉ばたで焼いているところが見れます
まずはオンリー北海道クラッシックを飲んで
ザンタレを食います
期待が大きかったせいか、こんなもんかという感じ
軽い感じの衣のから揚げですね
他には活ホッキ貝、こりっとした食感が美味い
真ほっけ半身を注文
真ほっけは半身の割には大きめのサイズ
少し焼きすぎ感ありますが、身はしっかりとして美味しいね
