今日は久しぶりに北見に来ています。
乗り換え時に寄った札幌より寒いですね。
男が５人ということで北見名物の焼き肉を食べることにします。
寄らせてもらいましたのは四条ホルモンさんです。
北見の焼肉ガイドブックにも一番最初に紹介されている有名店です。
まずはビールやチューハイで乾杯です。さて注文です。
やはりおすすめマークのついているものから攻めていきます。
牛さがりと牛カルビはおすすめの中でも定番ですね。
タレは一種類でこくがありながらも濃厚すぎないタレです。
まさに万能選手的なたれですね。さらには豚ホルモンに野菜焼き。
ハイボールの種類が多くガブガブ飲みます。第二陣は生ラムジンギスカンです。
メニューに羊の欄に(牛ラムジンギスカン)と書いてあり店員さんに聞くと
あ、間違いです・・と即答されましたのはまあご愛敬でしょうか。
他にも豚ホルモンや鶏などももらいます。小ライスをもらって終了です。
店員さんにはもう少しお客さんに目配りがほしいかな。
