余市駅からタクシーで5分ほどの距離にあるワイナリー。ワインはふるさと納税で入手したことがあるけど、本格的には飲んだことなかったので楽しみにして行きました。
料理はランチコースにしました。前菜盛り合わせ、スープ、選べるメインはワインハンバーグ、デザートというコースです。
ワインはグラスでスパークリングとAcolonというドイツの珍しい品種の赤ワインを頼みました。アコロンはブルーベリーっぽい青系果実の香りと出汁っぽい味わい。
お料理は特に可もなく不可もなく無難な感じですが、ロケーションがとにかく素敵なので余市に来たらいく価値ありです。
